entidades del Estado, dise\u00f1ada para prevenir la corrupci\u00f3n mediante est\u00e1ndares y buenas pr\u00e1cticas internacionales.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Este modelo est\u00e1 respaldado por el Decreto Supremo N.\u00ba 148-2024-PCM, el cual establece principios, componentes y criterios para su implementaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n en el sector p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">El modelo se compone de 9 elementos fundamentales, entre ellos:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Compromiso de la Alta Direcci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Gesti\u00f3n de riesgos<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Pol\u00edticas de integridad<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Transparencia<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Controles<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Comunicaci\u00f3n y capacitaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Canal de denuncias<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Supervisi\u00f3n y monitoreo<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Encargado del Modelo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Estas orientaciones se organizan de manera sist\u00e9mica para garantizar su efectividad y alineaci\u00f3n con las mejores pr\u00e1cticas nacionales e
