\"\u2705\"<\/span> En cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes y reafirmando su compromiso con la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), a trav\u00e9s de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Oficina de Catastro, ejecut\u00f3 la demolici\u00f3n de una estructura ilegal que invad\u00eda la v\u00eda p\u00fablica a la altura del pasaje Kennedy, en la avenida Garcilaso de la Vega, en el cercado de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> La intervenci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo luego de haberse agotado los procedimientos administrativos correspondientes, al verificarse que la construcci\u00f3n — una escalera de concreto levantado sobre el espacio p\u00fablico — obstaculizaba el tr\u00e1nsito peatonal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> Los funcionarios de las distintas \u00e1reas involucradas informaron que estas acciones forman parte del plan de ordenamiento urbano y recuperaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, que tiene como objetivo velar por el uso adecuado de los espacios comunales y evitar construcciones que pongan en riesgo la seguridad y el bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> Exhortamos a los vecinos a respetar las disposiciones municipales y tramitar las autorizaciones correspondientes antes de ejecutar cualquier tipo de edificaci\u00f3n, recordando que el cumplimiento de la ley contribuye al desarrollo ordenado y sostenible de la ciudad.<\/div>\n
