\"\u2705\"<\/span> En una acci\u00f3n conjunta orientada a preservar el orden y la seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), a trav\u00e9s de la Subgerencias de Comercializaci\u00f3n y Seguridad Ciudadana, en coordinaci\u00f3n con efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa (PNP), ejecut\u00f3 hoy un operativo inopinado en Las Am\u00e9ricas, precisamente en la intersecci\u00f3n de las avenidas Panam\u00e1 y Argentina, donde se detect\u00f3 la presencia de menores de edad al interior de un establecimiento que expend\u00eda bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"\u2705\"<\/span> La intervenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de una llamada de alerta realizada por una vecina del sector, quien manifest\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por el constante ingreso de j\u00f3venes en horario diurno al referido local. Durante la acci\u00f3n de control, las autoridades procedieron a identificar a cerca de treinta (45) j\u00f3venes, entre ellas dos (02) menores de 17 a\u00f1os, cuyas identidades se mantienen en reserva por razones legales y de protecci\u00f3n a su integridad, que luego fueron trasladadas a la comisaria del sector.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> Tras la verificaci\u00f3n de los hechos, funcionarios de la comuna determinaron que el local operaba sin las condiciones adecuadas ni las licencias correspondientes, configurando una falta grave al Reglamento de Comercializaci\u00f3n y al C\u00f3digo de Protecci\u00f3n del Ni\u00f1o y Adolescente. Por tal motivo, se dispuso el inicio del procedimiento de clausura definitiva del establecimiento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span> El personal de Seguridad Ciudadana brind\u00f3 el apoyo log\u00edstico y preventivo durante toda la intervenci\u00f3n, mientras que los efectivos policiales realizaron las diligencias correspondientes, trasladando a los menores a la Comisar\u00eda del sector para las acciones de ley y notificaci\u00f3n a sus padres o tutores.<\/div>\n
