Un activo estrat\u00e9gico que vuelve a operar despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada, para fortalecer los trabajos de mantenimiento y mejoramiento de pistas y veredas en la ciudad.<\/div>\n

Despu\u00e9s de m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os, Abancay se prepara para volver a contar con una planta de asfalto plenamente operativa, gracias a la decisi\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n impulsada por nuestro burgomaestre. El proyecto, que demand\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n superior a trescientos cincuenta mil soles por administraci\u00f3n directa, permitir\u00e1 recuperar la capacidad de producci\u00f3n local de mezcla asf\u00e1ltica y atender con mayor eficiencia las necesidades de mantenimiento de calles y avenidas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Esta intervenci\u00f3n forma parte de una pol\u00edtica t\u00e9cnica orientada a mejorar la capacidad operativa municipal y garantizar que las obras de asfaltado, bacheo y mantenimiento de v\u00edas se realicen con mayor autonom\u00eda, calidad y menor costo. La planta, ubicada en el sector de Illanya, permanec\u00eda inactiva debido al deterioro de sus componentes principales. Por ello, se emprendi\u00f3 un proceso integral de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, reparaci\u00f3n y calibraci\u00f3n de sus sistemas esenciales; tolvas de agregados, faja alimentadora, cilindro secador, elevador de cangilones, quemador, tanques de almacenamiento, tablero de operaci\u00f3n, caldero y sistema el\u00e9ctrico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cada uno de estos equipos fue sometido a pruebas de funcionamiento, calibraci\u00f3n y control de temperatura, con el fin de asegurar una producci\u00f3n asf\u00e1ltica de calidad para los futuros proyectos de mejoramiento vial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Los especialistas a cargo han indicado que la reactivaci\u00f3n incluye adem\u00e1s la implementaci\u00f3n de un nuevo sistema de control el\u00e9ctrico, la mejora del sistema de separaci\u00f3n de finos y la modernizaci\u00f3n del quemador, lo que permitir\u00e1 una operaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente, con menor consumo energ\u00e9tico y menos emisiones contaminantes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Con la puesta en marcha de esta planta, la Municipalidad volver\u00e1 a contar con su propia fuente de producci\u00f3n de mezcla asf\u00e1ltica, lo que se traducir\u00e1 en mayor capacidad de respuesta para atender emergencias viales, rehabilitaciones r\u00e1pidas (bache cero) y mantenimientos programados. Hasta ahora, la falta de operatividad obligaba a trasladar materiales desde otras provincias o contratar servicios externos, generando demoras y mayores costos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Adem\u00e1s del mantenimiento general, se ha previsto la aplicaci\u00f3n de pintura industrial de alta temperatura, el aislamiento t\u00e9rmico de los tanques de almacenamiento, la calibraci\u00f3n final del sistema de mezclado y una etapa de prueba operativa que permitir\u00e1 verificar la eficiencia del conjunto antes de su uso permanente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Estas acciones permitir\u00e1n que la planta vuelva a operar bajo est\u00e1ndares t\u00e9cnicos modernos, asegurando una producci\u00f3n constante, segura y de calidad. Con ello, la Municipalidad podr\u00e1 responder con mayor rapidez a las demandas ciudadanas, mejorar la transitabilidad en diversos sectores y reducir los costos asociados al traslado y compra de asfalto fuera de la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Asimismo, se implementar\u00e1 un plan de mantenimiento permanente y un protocolo de seguridad operativa, con el objetivo de garantizar un funcionamiento sostenible en el tiempo y cumplir con las normas ambientales y de seguridad industrial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La pronta inauguraci\u00f3n y puesta en marcha de esta moderna infraestructura representa un hito para la ciudad de Abancay, pues consolida la capacidad operativa del municipio en el mejoramiento de v\u00edas, reafirmando una gesti\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, planificada y al servicio de todos los ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
