\"\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), en cumplimiento estricto de la ley y tras agotar la v\u00eda administrativa, socializar el tema y dialogar ampliamente con los involucrados, realiz\u00f3 un operativo inopinado para recuperar el espacio p\u00fablico ubicado en la avenida Panam\u00e1 \u2013 cuadra 1, \u00e1rea que permaneci\u00f3 ocupada por m\u00e1s de tres d\u00e9cadas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Esta acci\u00f3n de recuperaci\u00f3n se ejecut\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de un procedimiento exhaustivo que incluy\u00f3 notificaciones, reuniones, informes t\u00e9cnicos, legales y la evaluaci\u00f3n de alternativas de reubicaci\u00f3n que permitan garantizar tanto el derecho al trabajo de los artesanos, como el derecho colectivo de la ciudadan\u00eda a disfrutar de un espacio p\u00fablico ordenado, seguro y libre de riesgos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\"<\/span>\u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 ERA NECESARIO RECUPERAR ESTE ESPACIO?<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En 1991, la Resoluci\u00f3n Municipal N.\u00ba 088-1991-A-CPA otorg\u00f3 solo de manera temporal 41 puestos de venta en dicho sector. Sin embargo, con el paso del tiempo, esta autorizaci\u00f3n provisional se convirti\u00f3 en una ocupaci\u00f3n permanente, generando subarriendos, desorden, obstrucci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda y afectaci\u00f3n directa a la seguridad de los vecinos y transe\u00fantes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Adem\u00e1s, informes de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos y del propio Gobierno Regional advirtieron que la presencia de talleres y estructuras informales imped\u00eda el adecuado desarrollo del cerco perim\u00e9trico del estadio El Olivo y dificultaba rutas de evacuaci\u00f3n durante eventos deportivos, exponiendo a riesgo a ni\u00f1os, adultos mayores y personas con discapacidad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
