La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) ejecut\u00f3 la recuperaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico en la Av. Panam\u00e1 \u2013 cuadra 1, luego de agotar la v\u00eda administrativa, socializar el tema y dialogar con los ocupantes. Esta \u00e1rea permaneci\u00f3 tomada informalmente por m\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os, a pesar de que la Resoluci\u00f3n Municipal N.\u00ba 088-1991-A-CPA solo autorizaba de manera temporal 41 puestos de venta.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
La intervenci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo sustentada en notificaciones, informes t\u00e9cnicos y legales, y tras evaluar diversas alternativas. La ocupaci\u00f3n prolongada hab\u00eda generado desorden, subarriendos, obstrucci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda y riesgos para la seguridad de vecinos y transe\u00fantes. Informes de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos tambi\u00e9n advirtieron que las estructuras informales afectaban el cerco perim\u00e9trico del estadio El Olivo y las rutas de evacuaci\u00f3n durante eventos deportivos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La recuperaci\u00f3n del espacio p\u00fablico reafirma el compromiso de la MPA con una ciudad m\u00e1s ordenada, segura y accesible, e invita a la poblaci\u00f3n a respaldar este proceso por el bienestar colectivo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
