\"✅\"<\/span> La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) alcanz\u00f3 un avance hist\u00f3rico en la defensa de su patrimonio. De las 41 propiedades que forman parte del proceso de saneamiento f\u00edsico-legal, 27 ya cuentan con t\u00edtulos definitivos inscritos en la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales (SBN), haciendo ya, un total de 54,534 m2 de espacios p\u00fablicos recuperados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Este logro, impulsado por la gesti\u00f3n de la Municipalidad de Abancay, amparado en la Ley N\u00b0 29151, junto con su reglamento aprobado por el Decreto Supremo N\u00b0 008-2021-VIVIENDA, garantiza que los bienes p\u00fablicos queden debidamente inscritos. De acuerdo con los art\u00edculos 21\u00b0 y 22\u00b0 de dicha norma, parques, \u00e1reas verdes y espacios para el deporte y la recreaci\u00f3n cuentan ahora con plena seguridad jur\u00eddica, lo que asegura que sean destinados \u00fanicamente a proyectos de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y al beneficio de todos los abanquinos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> A diferencia de gestiones anteriores que dejaron rezagos en el proceso, la actual administraci\u00f3n consigui\u00f3 superar retrasos en la calificaci\u00f3n registral y limitaciones t\u00e9cnicas en la Sunarp y en la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales (SBN), estableciendo mesas de trabajo que permitieron destrabar los procedimientos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> La inscripci\u00f3n de 27 predios con t\u00edtulos definitivos representa un hecho sin precedentes ya que fortalece la seguridad jur\u00eddica del patrimonio municipal y abre paso a una gesti\u00f3n ordenada del suelo, que permitir\u00e1 consolidar proyectos de desarrollo urbano y social para beneficio de todas las familias.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
