\"✅\"<\/span> El alcalde provincial de Abancay inici\u00f3 acciones pol\u00edticas y t\u00e9cnicas orientadas a resolver de manera definitiva uno de los problemas m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos y postergados de la ciudad: el colapso del sistema pluvial durante la temporada de lluvias. En una reuni\u00f3n sostenida hace unos d\u00edas con el Comit\u00e9 de Gesti\u00f3n del Sistema de Canalizaci\u00f3n de Aguas Pluviales, presidido por el ciudadano Justo Pe\u00f1a Castro, y con la participaci\u00f3n del equipo t\u00e9cnico municipal conformado por la Oficina de Gesti\u00f3n de Planeamiento y Presupuesto (OGPP), la Unidad Formuladora (UF) y la Oficina de Estudios y Proyectos, la autoridad edil ratific\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n firme de convertir este proyecto en una prioridad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> Gracias a este impulso gestionado a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, el proyecto ya se encuentra registrado en el Banco de Proyectos e Inversiones del MEF, con c\u00f3digo de idea N.\u00ba 223602, denominado originalmente: \u201cMejoramiento y Ampliaci\u00f3n del Servicio de Drenaje Pluvial en los distritos de Abancay y Tamburco\u201d, lo que marca un punto de partida concreto para su desarrollo t\u00e9cnico, que dar\u00e1 inicio a la formulaci\u00f3n del proyecto de inversi\u00f3n en el marco del Sistema Nacional de Programaci\u00f3n Multianual y Gesti\u00f3n de Inversiones. Cabe se\u00f1alar que esta iniciativa fue priorizada por la poblaci\u00f3n en el Presupuesto Participativo del mes de marzo del 2025, reflejando la necesidad urgente de enfrentar los da\u00f1os que cada a\u00f1o dejan los aniegos, desbordes de alcantarillado y el colapso de calles que se transforman en torrenteras.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> Durante la reuni\u00f3n, el alcalde dispuso que la OGPP asigne de inmediato los recursos presupuestales necesarios para iniciar la formulaci\u00f3n del perfil y el expediente t\u00e9cnico, documentos esenciales para conocer el monto final de inversi\u00f3n, que preliminarmente podr\u00eda superar los 500 millones de soles. Debido a la envergadura de la obra, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) gestionar\u00e1 su financiamiento ante el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcci\u00f3n y Saneamiento (MVCS), a trav\u00e9s del Programa Nacional de Saneamiento Urbano (PNSU), buscando asegurar la viabilidad econ\u00f3mica de este gran proyecto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> La autoridad municipal precis\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que el sistema de drenaje pluvial tendr\u00e1 un alcance interjurisdiccional, considerando que las aguas de Tamburco discurren hacia Abancay. Por ello, los estudios incluir\u00e1n ambos territorios e incorporar\u00e1n quebradas importantes como Ullpuhuaycco, Colcaqui, Chinchichaca y \u00d1acchero, permitiendo una conducci\u00f3n segura hacia el r\u00edo Mari\u00f1o y, posteriormente, al Pachachaca.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Los representantes del comit\u00e9 de gesti\u00f3n expresaron su reconocimiento al alcalde por dar un paso firme hacia la soluci\u00f3n de un problema hist\u00f3rico que por a\u00f1os no tuvo un avance real. Destacaron, adem\u00e1s, las acciones que viene realizando en favor de la poblaci\u00f3n, como la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos y fajas marginales, entre otros. Tambi\u00e9n se acord\u00f3 realizar procesos de socializaci\u00f3n con los barrios involucrados para garantizar transparencia y prevenir conflictos relacionados con servidumbres, canales de riego o predios privados.<\/div>\n
