Este edificio, s\u00edmbolo de \u00e9pocas anteriores de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica, ahora acoge la Academia Municipal \u201cPre-Muni Abancay\u201d, un centro educativo que responde a una necesidad urgente de acceso a educaci\u00f3n de calidad para j\u00f3venes con recursos econ\u00f3micos limitados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La transformaci\u00f3n del antiguo palacio —– tras la inauguraci\u00f3n del nuevo Palacio Municipal el a\u00f1o pasado, representa un giro significativo en la pol\u00edtica educativa de la provincia. Bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, la iniciativa busca disminuir las brechas que enfrentan estudiantes de colegios estatales en su preparaci\u00f3n para ingresar a la educaci\u00f3n superior.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Desde sus aulas temporales, este centro preuniversitario impulsado por el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Cultura del Concejo Provincial de Abancay, regidor Alain Espinoza Robles, ofrece programas intensivos orientados a fortalecer competencias en \u00e1reas como ciencias, ingenier\u00eda y ciencias sociales, con clases diurnas y vespertinas que permiten la participaci\u00f3n de estudiantes que combinan sus estudios con otras responsabilidades familiares o laborales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Para el alcalde Raul Pe\u00f1a, el proyecto trasciende la reutilizaci\u00f3n de un inmueble antiguo. \u201cEste espacio ahora late con nuevas oportunidades para nuestros j\u00f3venes. No se trata solo de preparar ex\u00e1menes, sino de abrir puertas hacia un futuro m\u00e1s equitativo para todos, donde el talento y el esfuerzo no est\u00e9n condicionados por la capacidad socioecon\u00f3mica\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el burgomaestre abanquino durante una reciente visita a los ambientes educativos hace unos d\u00edas atr\u00e1s.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Adem\u00e1s de potenciar la formaci\u00f3n universitaria, la gesti\u00f3n municipal proyecta convertir progresivamente el espacio en un centro de idiomas y otras actividades, ampliando el espectro formativo a competencias globales como el dominio de lenguas extranjeras —-herramienta clave en las oportunidades laborales y acad\u00e9micas del siglo XXI. Estas proyecciones nacen, seg\u00fan voceros del centro, de consultas directas con estudiantes, familias y docentes, quienes identificaron la falta de acceso a cursos de idiomas de calidad como una barrera educativa persistente en la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
