La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) hace unos d\u00edas, registr\u00f3 una emergencia por deslizamiento en tres sectores: Pantillay, Umaccata y Leonpampa bajo el c\u00f3digo SINPAD N.\u00b0 251315, tras verificarse da\u00f1os geol\u00f3gicos que representan un riesgo para la zona y su entorno.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el equipo especializado de la Subgerencia de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (GRD) de la MPA, realiz\u00f3 una evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en campo, disponiendo de inmediato la convocatoria a la Autoridad Nacional del Agua (ANA) y al CENEPRED, con la finalidad de ejecutar trabajos de verificaci\u00f3n especializada sobre el deslizamiento registrado hacia la quebrada Ullpuhuaycco.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, se constat\u00f3 que en la cabecera del deslizamiento se produjo la ruptura de una tuber\u00eda de agua que abastece a la empresa EMUSAP, la cual, debido al considerable caudal que transporta, habr\u00eda generado un proceso de erosi\u00f3n superficial progresiva, desencadenando posteriormente el derrumbe del terreno hacia la quebrada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Asimismo, los especialistas observaron que el suelo se encuentra altamente saturado de agua, condici\u00f3n que habr\u00eda provocado el arrastre de \u00e1rboles y parte del talud, agravando la inestabilidad del terreno. Hasta el momento, las causas exactas de la ruptura de la tuber\u00eda contin\u00faan siendo materia de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Como medida preventiva, la MPA solicitar\u00e1 al Instituto Geol\u00f3gico, Minero y Metal\u00fargico (INGEMMET) la realizaci\u00f3n de una evaluaci\u00f3n geol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s detallada, a fin de determinar la posible reactivaci\u00f3n de antiguos deslizamientos, la presencia de afloramientos de manantes o la existencia de alguna falla geol\u00f3gica activa en la zona.<\/div>\n
