\"✅\"<\/span>En un espacio abierto al di\u00e1logo y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, la Gerencia de Transporte P\u00fablico y Vialidad de la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) desarroll\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana, la reuni\u00f3n de socializaci\u00f3n de la actualizaci\u00f3n del Plan Regulador de Rutas, documento clave para reorganizar el servicio de transporte urbano en la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La jornada llevada a cabo en la Casa de Cultura, permiti\u00f3 exponer de manera clara la l\u00ednea de tiempo del proceso t\u00e9cnico, detallando las etapas cumplidas y los pasos que conducir\u00e1n a su implementaci\u00f3n una vez culminado el correspondiente proceso de licitaci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, el momento central fue la intervenci\u00f3n directa de los vecinos y usuarios.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, los asistentes expresaron sus reclamos y sugerencias respecto al funcionamiento del transporte p\u00fablico, se\u00f1alando ciertas deficiencias en la frecuencia, el cumplimiento de los recorridos y la calidad del servicio. Las observaciones fueron recogidas y valoradas por el equipo t\u00e9cnico municipal como parte del proceso de actualizaci\u00f3n que busca poner fin a un problema que ha venido aquejando a la poblaci\u00f3n por varios a\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La comuna inform\u00f3 que la actualizaci\u00f3n en el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n del plan establecer\u00e1 condiciones t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s exigentes para la operaci\u00f3n del servicio. Solo las empresas que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos podr\u00e1n adjudicarse rutas mediante licitaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, bajo un esquema que prioriza orden, eficiencia y responsabilidad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Finalmente, se precis\u00f3 que la Gerencia de Transporte ejercer\u00e1 una fiscalizaci\u00f3n permanente, con el objetivo de garantizar que las condiciones ofrecidas en el proceso se cumplan en beneficio de los usuarios y la ciudadan\u00eda abanquina en general.<\/div>\n
