\"✅\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) reafirma su compromiso con la transparencia, la \u00e9tica p\u00fablica y la prevenci\u00f3n de la corrupci\u00f3n tras ubicarse en el puesto 7 de 32 municipalidades evaluadas en la Etapa 1 del Modelo de Integridad 2025, seg\u00fan el Reporte Nacional de Implementaci\u00f3n elaborado por la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En esta primera etapa, la comuna obtuvo un \u00cdndice de Capacidad Preventiva (ICP) de 0.75, indicador que mide el nivel de implementaci\u00f3n de mecanismos institucionales orientados a prevenir riesgos de corrupci\u00f3n, fortalecer la cultura de integridad y consolidar una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica responsable y transparente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Este resultado cobra especial relevancia considerando que es la primera vez que la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay participa en esta evaluaci\u00f3n, logrando posicionarse dentro del grupo de municipalidades con mejor desempe\u00f1o en el pa\u00eds.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>A nivel nacional, el modelo evalu\u00f3 a 568 entidades p\u00fablicas de los tres niveles de gobierno; sin embargo, en la categor\u00eda correspondiente a municipalidades de la Etapa 1, Abancay se ubic\u00f3 en el s\u00e9ptimo lugar, reflejando avances concretos en la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de integridad, gesti\u00f3n de riesgos, transparencia, controles internos, canales de denuncia y monitoreo permanente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La implementaci\u00f3n del Modelo de Integridad comprende nueve componentes estrat\u00e9gicos que permiten fortalecer la capacidad preventiva y de respuesta frente a pr\u00e1cticas anti\u00e9ticas, aline\u00e1ndose con est\u00e1ndares nacionales e internacionales en materia de lucha contra la corrupci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Asimismo, la participaci\u00f3n de la MPA se vio fortalecida gracias al acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico del Programa GFP Subnacional, impulsado por la Cooperaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica Suiza \u2013 SECO e implementado por el Basel Institute on Governance, lo que permiti\u00f3 consolidar acciones orientadas a la mejora continua institucional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El Gerente Municipal, destac\u00f3 la importancia de este reconocimiento: \u201cEste resultado reafirma nuestro compromiso con la transparencia, la \u00e9tica p\u00fablica y la mejora continua de nuestra gesti\u00f3n.
