\"✅\"<\/span>La conectividad en el sector Illanya registra un avance decisivo tras la intervenci\u00f3n del segundo punto cr\u00edtico de desnivel en la quebrada Chinchichaca, un talud de aproximadamente 10 metros de altura que durante a\u00f1os interrumpi\u00f3 la continuidad de esta v\u00eda estrat\u00e9gica en la zona sur de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) ejecut\u00f3 trabajos de corte, perfilado y estabilizaci\u00f3n con maquinaria pesada, logrando recuperar cerca de 150 metros lineales de camino y restituir la transitabilidad en condiciones t\u00e9cnicas adecuadas. Con esta acci\u00f3n, el acceso queda pr\u00e1cticamente habilitado, a la espera de labores complementarias con motoniveladora y rodillo que permitir\u00e1n consolidar la plataforma en los 1,300 metros intervenidos dentro de la faja marginal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La intervenci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 en estricto cumplimiento del marco normativo vigente, luego de la liberaci\u00f3n y delimitaci\u00f3n formal del \u00e1rea por parte de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano (GATDU). Este procedimiento previo garantiza seguridad jur\u00eddica, ordenamiento territorial y sostenibilidad t\u00e9cnica en la ejecuci\u00f3n de los trabajos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la recuperaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica del tramo, la obra se enmarca en una visi\u00f3n integral de desarrollo urbano que proyecta la consolidaci\u00f3n de un nuevo eje de integraci\u00f3n vial en la ciudad (V\u00eda Expresa Sur). Este avance constituye un paso t\u00e9cnico clave dentro de la estrategia de interconectividad urbana, orientada a articular futuras conexiones con la avenida Circunvalaci\u00f3n y fortalecer progresivamente la estructura vial de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Cabe se\u00f1alar que la quebrada, ubicada en pleno \u00e1mbito urbano, presentaba restricciones que afectaban la movilidad y generaban riesgos, especialmente en temporada de lluvias. La intervenci\u00f3n incorpora criterios de estabilizaci\u00f3n de taludes y ordenamiento de la faja marginal, reduciendo vulnerabilidades y preparando el terreno para etapas posteriores de consolidaci\u00f3n definitiva.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El impacto ha sido inmediato. Vecinos del sector expresaron su reconocimiento a la intervenci\u00f3n municipal y anunciaron la organizaci\u00f3n de una jornada de reforestaci\u00f3n en la margen derecha, como muestra de corresponsabilidad ciudadana en la protecci\u00f3n y cuidado del espacio recuperado.<\/div>\n
