\"✅\"<\/span>En un espacio de di\u00e1logo t\u00e9cnico y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) desarroll\u00f3 una nueva jornada del Presupuesto Participativo, donde autoridades, equipo t\u00e9cnico y representantes de la sociedad civil analizaron el estado de las inversiones p\u00fablicas y definieron el rumbo de la cartera de proyectos para los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Durante el taller realizado en la Casa de la Cultura, especialistas de la comuna local explicaron el proceso t\u00e9cnico que siguen las inversiones p\u00fablicas, destacando el rol del presupuesto participativo como el principal espacio donde la poblaci\u00f3n plantea sus necesidades y propuestas para el cierre de brechas en la provincia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>En ese contexto, se inform\u00f3 que en el proceso correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2026 se identificaron 61 ideas de inversi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, tras la evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, no todas pudieron ser admitidas. Algunas propuestas no correspond\u00edan a las competencias del gobierno local, otras duplicaban proyectos ya existentes, mientras que varias se ubicaban en zonas de riesgo o no contaban con condiciones t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas, como acceso a servicios o reconocimiento de v\u00edas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Como resultado de este proceso, 14 proyectos lograron ser declarados viables y actualmente se encuentran registrados en el Banco de Inversiones del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas. Asimismo, se precis\u00f3 que durante el a\u00f1o fiscal 2025 se alcanz\u00f3 la formulaci\u00f3n de 25 proyectos, incorporando tambi\u00e9n demandas adicionales de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>De igual forma, se detall\u00f3 que existen iniciativas en distintas etapas del ciclo de inversi\u00f3n, incluyendo proyectos en proceso de registro para su aprobaci\u00f3n, dos en fase de formulaci\u00f3n y uno en evaluaci\u00f3n. Estas intervenciones se concentran principalmente en movilidad urbana, acceso a agua y riego, mejoramiento de espacios p\u00fablicos y fortalecimiento del desarrollo productivo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Otro aspecto destacado fue la ejecuci\u00f3n de siete inversiones de optimizaci\u00f3n, ampliaci\u00f3n marginal, reposici\u00f3n y rehabilitaci\u00f3n (IOARR), que permiten atender necesidades urgentes de manera m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, como la adquisici\u00f3n de ambulancias y mejoras en establecimientos de salud.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En la parte central de la jornada, la Oficina de Programaci\u00f3n Multianual de Inversiones present\u00f3 la cartera proyectada para el periodo 2027\u20132029, la cual contempla 36 proyectos con una inversi\u00f3n superior a los S\/ 194 millones. El sector transporte concentra la mayor cantidad de intervenciones con 23 proyectos, seguido de saneamiento, salud, agropecuario, cultura y desarrollo urbano.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Seg\u00fan lo expuesto la priorizaci\u00f3n de inversiones responde a criterios t\u00e9cnicos establecidos por normativa nacional, dando preferencia a proyectos que ya se encuentran en ejecuci\u00f3n, cuentan con expediente t\u00e9cnico aprobado o est\u00e1n pr\u00f3ximos a su culminaci\u00f3n, garantizando as\u00ed la continuidad de las obras y el uso eficiente de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La MPA ratific\u00f3 su compromiso institucional de continuar trabajando de manera articulada con la ciudadan\u00eda para consolidar una cartera de proyectos sostenible y orientada al cierre de brechas en la provincia.<\/div>\n
