\"✅\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) aprob\u00f3 el Programa de Integridad 2026, un instrumento clave que orienta la implementaci\u00f3n progresiva del Modelo de Integridad en la gesti\u00f3n municipal, con el objetivo de fortalecer la transparencia, prevenir actos de corrupci\u00f3n y consolidar una cultura institucional basada en valores \u00e9ticos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La aprobaci\u00f3n se formaliza mediante Resoluci\u00f3n de Alcald\u00eda N.\u00b0 119-2026-MPA-A, en el marco de la Directiva N.\u00b0 001-2026-PCM\/SIP, que regula la implementaci\u00f3n del Modelo de Integridad en las entidades del sector p\u00fablico. Este programa tiene vigencia desde marzo hasta diciembre de 2026 y es de cumplimiento obligatorio para todas las unidades org\u00e1nicas de la entidad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El documento establece un conjunto de acciones organizadas en los nueve componentes del modelo, entre ellas el fortalecimiento de capacidades del personal, la implementaci\u00f3n de mecanismos de transparencia y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de actividades de difusi\u00f3n interna y externa para promover la integridad en el servicio p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Asimismo, el programa responde a un diagn\u00f3stico institucional que identifica brechas en materia de transparencia, datos abiertos y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, lo que permitir\u00e1 priorizar intervenciones concretas para mejorar la gesti\u00f3n municipal. En este contexto, la Municipalidad alcanz\u00f3 un \u00cdndice de Capacidad Preventiva frente a la Corrupci\u00f3n (ICP) de 0.75, correspondiente a la etapa inicial del modelo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento estar\u00e1 a cargo de la Unidad Funcional de Integridad Institucional, que realizar\u00e1 reportes peri\u00f3dicos y propondr\u00e1 medidas correctivas en caso de desviaciones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Con esta acci\u00f3n, la MPA reafirma su compromiso con una gesti\u00f3n moderna, transparente y orientada al servicio de la ciudadan\u00eda, alineada a la Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Integridad y Lucha contra la Corrupci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n
