\"✅\"<\/span> La intervenci\u00f3n ejecutada por la Subgerencia de Catastro y Desarrollo Urbano se realiz\u00f3 hoy en horas de la ma\u00f1ana, en un predio ubicado en Villa Ampay, donde el personal t\u00e9cnico de fiscalizaci\u00f3n constat\u00f3 la existencia de una construcci\u00f3n en proceso (s\u00f3tano encofrado) que no cuenta con autorizaci\u00f3n municipal, configur\u00e1ndose una infracci\u00f3n en nivel \u201cMuy grave\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n se verific\u00f3 que la edificaci\u00f3n invade la faja marginal del r\u00edo Ullpuhuaycco, incumpliendo los hitos establecidos por la Autoridad Nacional del Agua (ANA), los cuales determinan una franja intangible de seis (06) metros, conforme a lo dispuesto en la Resoluci\u00f3n Directoral N.\u00b0 0501-ANA-2017.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> Esta situaci\u00f3n representa un riesgo para la seguridad, adem\u00e1s de vulnerar disposiciones legales vinculadas a la protecci\u00f3n de recursos h\u00eddricos. Asimismo, se evidenci\u00f3 la ocupaci\u00f3n indebida de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica con materiales de construcci\u00f3n, sin la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente, afectando el orden urbano y el libre tr\u00e1nsito en la zona.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> Finalmente, se procedi\u00f3 a entregar la notificaci\u00f3n formal al administrado y la inmediata paralizaci\u00f3n de la obra, en cumplimiento de las competencias municipales y la normativa vigente. De no cumplirse con lo establecido, se continuar\u00e1 con el proceso sancionador, que podr\u00eda derivar en la imposici\u00f3n de multas y medidas complementarias, incluyendo la demolici\u00f3n de la infraestructura, de corresponder.<\/div>\n
