Desde tempranas horas de hoy, se intensificaron las acciones de recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos en los alrededores del mercado Las Am\u00e9ricas, en respuesta al creciente desorden generado por la ocupaci\u00f3n indebida de pistas y veredas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
El operativo, ejecutado de manera conjunta por las subgerencias de Comercializaci\u00f3n, Transporte Publico, Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Tributaria y el apoyo de la Polic\u00eda Municipal da continuidad a las intervenciones iniciadas d\u00edas atr\u00e1s en las avenidas Venezuela, Panam\u00e1, jir\u00f3n Salvador. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el despliegue se concentr\u00f3 en los puntos m\u00e1s congestionados del mercado y alrededores, donde la instalaci\u00f3n de puestos de venta y mercader\u00eda sobre la v\u00eda p\u00fablica se hab\u00eda vuelto una pr\u00e1ctica recurrente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante la intervenci\u00f3n, se evidenci\u00f3 c\u00f3mo estos comercios restringen el paso de peatones y veh\u00edculos, obligando en muchos casos a las personas a desplazarse por la calzada, con el consiguiente riesgo de accidentes. Esta situaci\u00f3n hab\u00eda sido advertida previamente por vecinos del sector, quienes manifestaron su preocupaci\u00f3n ante el desorden y la falta de control.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El personal municipal a cargo record\u00f3 que el uso de la v\u00eda p\u00fablica para fines comerciales est\u00e1 prohibido y sujeto a sanciones, que pueden incluir multas y el decomiso de productos. Asimismo, se realiz\u00f3 un recorrido preventivo por la v\u00eda Panamericana, con el objetivo de evitar que estas pr\u00e1cticas se extiendan a otras zonas de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En el desarrollo del operativo tambi\u00e9n se advirti\u00f3 una problem\u00e1tica recurrente como la ocupaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos no solo por comerciantes informales, sino tambi\u00e9n por algunos negocios formales que exceden los l\u00edmites de sus establecimientos, generando malestar y percepciones de trato desigual. Ante ello, se dej\u00f3 en claro que las normas alcanzan a todos por igual y que el control ser\u00e1 permanente.<\/div>\n
