Acuerdo entre la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay y el Instituto Religioso Hijas de la Divina Providencia permitir\u00e1 ampliar la v\u00eda y construir veredas y rampas seguras para todos.<\/div>\n

La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) contin\u00faa impulsando acciones concretas para mejorar la seguridad, la accesibilidad y el ordenamiento urbano de la ciudad. En ese marco, a trav\u00e9s de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano (GATDU) y la Oficina de Catastro, inici\u00f3 los trabajos de demolici\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de v\u00eda en la intersecci\u00f3n de la avenida Huancavelica y Circunvalaci\u00f3n, atendiendo una problem\u00e1tica que durante m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada represent\u00f3 un riesgo para peatones y conductores.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La intervenci\u00f3n comprende la demolici\u00f3n de un muro de aproximadamente 37 metros lineales que presentaba un avanzado deterioro estructural y riesgo de colapso, situaci\u00f3n que generaba permanente preocupaci\u00f3n entre los vecinos y las personas que transitan diariamente por este importante sector de la ciudad. Su retiro permitir\u00e1 recuperar espacio para el peat\u00f3n y mejorar las condiciones de seguridad y transitabilidad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Los trabajos se ejecutan en cumplimiento de la Ley N.\u00b0 29090, Ley de Regulaci\u00f3n de Habilitaciones Urbanas y de Edificaciones, as\u00ed como de las disposiciones establecidas en el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones, normativa que promueve el desarrollo de espacios urbanos seguros, accesibles y adecuados para el desplazamiento de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

C<\/span>omo parte de esta intervenci\u00f3n se construir\u00e1n nuevas veredas, rampas de accesibilidad y el correspondiente ochavo reglamentario, elementos que contribuir\u00e1n a mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n peatonal, optimizar la visibilidad en la intersecci\u00f3n y brindar mayores condiciones de seguridad para todos los usuarios de la v\u00eda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Un aspecto fundamental para la ejecuci\u00f3n de este proyecto ha sido la voluntad y compromiso del Instituto Religioso Hijas de la Divina Providencia \u2013 Casa de Formaci\u00f3n Noviciado \u201cNuestra Se\u00f1ora de F\u00e1tima\u201d, instituci\u00f3n con la que la MPA logr\u00f3 importantes acuerdos en beneficio de la ciudad. Como resultado de este trabajo articulado, la congregaci\u00f3n religiosa cedi\u00f3 aproximadamente dos (02) metros de terreno para facilitar la ampliaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda y la construcci\u00f3n de la infraestructura peatonal proyectada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Asimismo, en el marco de este acuerdo, la instituci\u00f3n religiosa asumir\u00e1 la reconstrucci\u00f3n de su muro perim\u00e9trico de acuerdo con las nuevas condiciones urban\u00edsticas del sector, permitiendo consolidar una intervenci\u00f3n integral que prioriza la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n sin afectar el normal funcionamiento de sus instalaciones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La hermana Celina Cervantes destac\u00f3 el trabajo coordinado desarrollado con la municipalidad y record\u00f3 que el muro representaba un riesgo latente para quienes circulaban diariamente por la zona. Del mismo modo, resalt\u00f3 que esta intervenci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 brindar mayor protecci\u00f3n a ni\u00f1os, adultos mayores y familias que utilizan esta v\u00eda como conexi\u00f3n hacia diversos sectores de la ciudad.<\/div>\n
