Lo que durante a\u00f1os fue una aspiraci\u00f3n de cientos de familias hoy es una realidad tangible. La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) inaugur\u00f3 la obra de mejoramiento de pistas y veredas en la Urb. Asociaci\u00f3n de Comerciantes H\u00e9roes de Am\u00e9rica (CUI: 2628304), ubicada en el sector de Las Am\u00e9ricas, consolidando una intervenci\u00f3n que cambia de manera significativa la calidad de vida de los vecinos y fortalece el proceso de integraci\u00f3n urbana que impulsa la actual gesti\u00f3n municipal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La ceremonia congreg\u00f3 a autoridades de concejo provincial, funcionarios, dirigentes vecinales y pobladores que fueron testigos de la entrega oficial de una obra largamente esperada, ejecutada bajo la modalidad de administraci\u00f3n directa y concebida para brindar mejores condiciones de transitabilidad, seguridad y accesibilidad a uno de los sectores que durante d\u00e9cadas demand\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n de las autoridades.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El presidente de la urbanizaci\u00f3n, Sergio Ramos Aguilar, record\u00f3 que el proyecto naci\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de tres a\u00f1os gracias al trabajo conjunto entre la dirigencia vecinal y la municipalidad. Emocionado, destac\u00f3 que el esfuerzo compartido permiti\u00f3 convertir en realidad una necesidad que por mucho tiempo parec\u00eda inalcanzable. \/\/ \u201cAntes camin\u00e1bamos entre barro, polvo y piedras. Hoy nuestros ni\u00f1os, adultos mayores y familias pueden transitar por v\u00edas seguras y dignas. Esta obra representa el resultado de la perseverancia de los vecinos y del compromiso asumido por la municipalidad con nuestro sector\u201d \/\/, expres\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La intervenci\u00f3n comprendi\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de pavimento r\u00edgido, veredas, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n vial, muros de contenci\u00f3n y sistemas de evacuaci\u00f3n de aguas pluviales, infraestructura que permitir\u00e1 mejorar sustancialmente la movilidad urbana y garantizar condiciones m\u00e1s adecuadas para quienes viven y circulan diariamente por esta zona de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante su discurso, el alcalde provincial Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez destac\u00f3 que la pol\u00edtica central de su gesti\u00f3n ha sido llevar inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica a los barrios que durante muchos a\u00f1os permanecieron relegados del desarrollo urbano. \/\/ \u201cLa ciudad no termina en el centro hist\u00f3rico. Abancay tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 en sus barrios, en sus urbanizaciones y en cada familia que contribuye diariamente al crecimiento de esta tierra. Por eso decidimos que las obras deb\u00edan llegar primero a los sectores que m\u00e1s tiempo esperaron\u201d \/\/, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la autoridad provincial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El burgomaestre resalt\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el papel fundamental de la organizaci\u00f3n vecinal en la materializaci\u00f3n del proyecto, reconociendo p\u00fablicamente a los dirigentes de H\u00e9roes de Am\u00e9rica por su perseverancia y capacidad de gesti\u00f3n. \/\/ \u201cLa transformaci\u00f3n de una ciudad no es tarea exclusiva de las autoridades; es el resultado del trabajo conjunto entre vecinos organizados y una gesti\u00f3n comprometida con su pueblo. Esta obra demuestra que cuando existe voluntad, los proyectos dejan de ser promesas y se convierten en realidades\u201d \/\/, afirm\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En ese contexto, anunci\u00f3 que la municipalidad continuar\u00e1 impulsando nuevos proyectos en Las Am\u00e9ricas y otros sectores de la ciudad, priorizando la conectividad vial, el mejoramiento de espacios p\u00fablicos y la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras que contribuyan a cerrar las brechas hist\u00f3ricas de infraestructura urbana.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La inauguraci\u00f3n de las nuevas pistas y veredas de H\u00e9roes de Am\u00e9rica se suma a las m\u00e1s de 100 calles que la actual gesti\u00f3n viene ejecutando en diversos barrios de Abancay, consolidando una visi\u00f3n de desarrollo que busca integrar a todos los sectores de la ciudad sin distinciones.<\/div>\n
