Acciones conjuntas con Osinergmin, Fiscal\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito y Polic\u00eda Nacional buscan prevenir accidentes y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad en el transporte de combustibles.<\/div>\n

Con el firme compromiso de salvaguardar la integridad de la poblaci\u00f3n y fortalecer las acciones de prevenci\u00f3n en la ciudad, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) ejecut\u00f3 un operativo conjunto orientado a detectar y retirar de circulaci\u00f3n veh\u00edculos menores que transportan de manera informal balones de Gas Licuado de Petr\u00f3leo (GLP), actividad que representa un alto riesgo para la seguridad p\u00fablica.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
La intervenci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 de manera articulada entre la Subgerencia de tr\u00e1nsito y vialidad, Subgerencia de Comercializaci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n Empresarial, el \u00e1rea de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Comercial, representantes de Osinergmin, la Fiscal\u00eda de Prevenci\u00f3n del Delito y efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa, quienes realizaron acciones de control en distintos puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante el operativo se identificaron MOTOCICLETAS Y MOTOCARGAS utilizadas para el traslado de balones de gas sin cumplir las condiciones t\u00e9cnicas exigidas por la normativa vigente. Seg\u00fan las autoridades, este tipo de transporte incrementa significativamente el riesgo de accidentes, ya que, ante una ca\u00edda, impacto o siniestro vehicular, los cilindros podr\u00edan generar emergencias de graves consecuencias para las personas y los bienes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
De acuerdo con las disposiciones t\u00e9cnicas supervisadas por Osinergmin, el transporte de GLP debe efectuarse \u00fanicamente en unidades autorizadas, como camionetas pick-up o camiones acondicionados, que cuenten con barandas de seguridad, sistemas de sujeci\u00f3n adecuados, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n reglamentaria y equipos de respuesta ante emergencias, como extintores. Estas exigencias tienen como finalidad reducir riesgos y garantizar un traslado seguro del combustible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Asimismo, las acciones de fiscalizaci\u00f3n se sustentan en el Reglamento para la Comercializaci\u00f3n de GLP y las competencias municipales establecidas en la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades \u2013 Ley N.\u00b0 27972, que faculta a los gobiernos locales a ejecutar medidas de control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n destinadas a proteger la seguridad, la salud y el bienestar de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Como parte de la intervenci\u00f3n, se procedi\u00f3 al decomiso preventivo de los balones de gas transportados de manera irregular, en el marco de las facultades de fiscalizaci\u00f3n comercial de la comuna provincial. La medida busca evitar que contin\u00faen pr\u00e1cticas que ponen en peligro a conductores, comerciantes y vecinos de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Finalmente, representantes de las entidades participantes se\u00f1alaron que estos operativos continuar\u00e1n desarroll\u00e1ndose de manera permanente y coordinada, priorizando acciones preventivas antes que sancionadoras. En ese sentido, anunciaron que en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas se realizar\u00e1n jornadas de capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidas a establecimientos comercializadores de GLP, quienes ser\u00e1n notificados oportunamente sobre las fechas, horarios y alcances de estas actividades informativas.<\/div>\n
