La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) realiz\u00f3 una intervenci\u00f3n en el sector de San Luis Alta para recuperar un \u00e1rea de uso p\u00fablico que hab\u00eda sido ocupada de manera irregular mediante una construcci\u00f3n de adobe, en cumplimiento de las disposiciones establecidas en la normativa municipal vigente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
La acci\u00f3n fue ejecutada a trav\u00e9s de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Oficina de Catastro, tras evaluaciones t\u00e9cnicas y administrativas se determin\u00f3 la existencia de una infracci\u00f3n vinculada a la construcci\u00f3n y ocupaci\u00f3n de un espacio destinado al uso com\u00fan de la poblaci\u00f3n. No obstante, con apoyo de maquinaria pesada y personal municipal, se procedi\u00f3 a la demolici\u00f3n de esta vivienda, permitiendo restituir el \u00e1rea afectada y garantizar su disponibilidad para el libre tr\u00e1nsito y uso de los vecinos del sector.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acuerdo con los informes t\u00e9cnicos y administrativos correspondientes, los funcionarios responsables se\u00f1alaron que la medida se adopt\u00f3 conforme a la Ordenanza Municipal N.\u00b0 007-2019-CM-MPA, que tipifica como infracci\u00f3n la acci\u00f3n de construir y\/o cercar \u00e1reas de uso p\u00fablico. Asimismo, precisaron que la intervenci\u00f3n se encuentra respaldada por las facultades otorgadas a los gobiernos locales a trav\u00e9s de la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades para cautelar, administrar y recuperar bienes de dominio p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La comuna provincial recuerda a toda la ciudadan\u00eda que los espacios p\u00fablicos constituyen bienes de uso com\u00fan cuya ocupaci\u00f3n no autorizada afecta el orden urbano y limita el acceso de la poblaci\u00f3n, por lo que las acciones de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y control continuar\u00e1n desarroll\u00e1ndose en distintos sectores de la ciudad.<\/div>\n
