Oficiales de la LXXVI Maestr\u00eda en Desarrollo y Defensa Nacional analizaron junto a funcionarios municipales el impacto de la actividad minera y los desaf\u00edos de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica en Apur\u00edmac.<\/div>\n

Con el objetivo de contribuir al an\u00e1lisis de la realidad nacional y fortalecer el conocimiento sobre los desaf\u00edos que enfrenta la regi\u00f3n Apur\u00edmac, La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) recibi\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles a la delegaci\u00f3n de oficiales de la LXXVI Maestr\u00eda en Desarrollo y Defensa Nacional del Centro de Altos Estudios Nacionales (CAEN), quienes desarrollan una visita acad\u00e9mica a la regi\u00f3n Apur\u00edmac como parte de una investigaci\u00f3n orientada al an\u00e1lisis de la realidad nacional y los efectos de la actividad minera en los territorios.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante la jornada de trabajo, funcionarios de la comuna provincial expusieron informaci\u00f3n relacionada con el impacto de la miner\u00eda en el \u00e1mbito local, las demandas sociales derivadas de la din\u00e1mica econ\u00f3mica regional, la presi\u00f3n sobre los servicios p\u00fablicos y los desaf\u00edos que enfrentan los gobiernos locales para garantizar la gobernabilidad y el desarrollo sostenible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
La reuni\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del gerente municipal, Renzo Bustinza C\u00e1rdenas; la Gerencia de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Comunidades Campesinas, representada por la Lic. Karen Olgu\u00edn Roman\u00ed y el Ing. Juan Carlos Saavedra; as\u00ed como representantes de la Subgerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana, la Gerencia de Saneamiento y la Subgerencia de Residuos S\u00f3lidos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Las exposiciones permitieron abordar aspectos vinculados a la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios p\u00fablicos, la gesti\u00f3n ambiental, la seguridad ciudadana y la relaci\u00f3n entre el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico y las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n, temas que forman parte de los ejes de estudio desarrollados por el CAEN en la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A lo largo del encuentro, los participantes sostuvieron un di\u00e1logo t\u00e9cnico sobre los principales retos que enfrenta Apur\u00edmac en un contexto marcado por la presencia de importantes operaciones mineras y por las crecientes demandas ciudadanas en materia de infraestructura, servicios b\u00e1sicos y desarrollo territorial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La delegaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica estuvo integrada por oficiales superiores de las Fuerzas Armadas y de la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa, quienes vienen realizando un estudio sobre la conflictividad social vinculada a la actividad minera y sus implicancias en la seguridad, la gobernabilidad y el desarrollo regional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Finalmente, este intercambio de informaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 acercar a los participantes a la realidad de la provincia de Abancay y conocer, desde la experiencia de la gesti\u00f3n municipal, los desaf\u00edos y oportunidades que caracterizan el actual proceso de desarrollo de la regi\u00f3n Apur\u00edmac.<\/div>\n
