Recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos, defensa ribere\u00f1a y trabajo conjunto con los vecinos permiten avanzar en uno de los proyectos de conectividad m\u00e1s importantes impulsados en las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) contin\u00faa avanzando en la consolidaci\u00f3n de la futura V\u00eda Expresa Sur con la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos ubicados en el sector de Chinchichaca Baja, una intervenci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica que despu\u00e9s de muchas d\u00e9cadas permitir\u00e1 fortalecer la conectividad urbana, mejorar las condiciones de saneamiento y acompa\u00f1ar el crecimiento ordenado de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Los trabajos se desarrollan de manera articulada entre la Subgerencia de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres, el \u00c1rea de Catastro de la Gerencia de Acondicionamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano (GATDU) y la Unidad B\u00e1sica Operativa (UBO) Abancay, gracias al convenio suscrito con el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcci\u00f3n y Saneamiento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Las labores comprenden la recuperaci\u00f3n de la faja marginal de la quebrada Chinchichaca Baja, la protecci\u00f3n de sus m\u00e1rgenes mediante trabajos de defensa ribere\u00f1a y la liberaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas de uso p\u00fablico que durante a\u00f1os permanecieron ocupadas o sin una adecuada intervenci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Durante la supervisi\u00f3n de los trabajos, funcionarios de MPA destacaron que estas acciones constituyen una etapa necesaria para hacer realidad la futura V\u00eda Expresa Sur, proyecto que permitir\u00e1 conectar la zona de Illanya y Chinchichaca con la avenida Circunvalaci\u00f3n, generando una nueva alternativa de tr\u00e1nsito para miles de ciudadanos y contribuyendo a reducir la congesti\u00f3n vehicular en la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El gerente de acondicionamiento territorial y desarrollo urbano Ing. Joel Quispe Cervantes explic\u00f3 que, la apertura de esta v\u00eda no solo representa una mejora en la conectividad urbana, sino que permitir\u00e1 resolver problemas hist\u00f3ricos que afectan a los vecinos del sector.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que actualmente muchas viviendas descargan sus aguas residuales directamente a la quebrada debido a la falta de acceso adecuado para la instalaci\u00f3n de infraestructura b\u00e1sica. Precis\u00f3 que la futura v\u00eda generar\u00e1 las condiciones necesarias para que los pobladores puedan gestionar proyectos de agua y desag\u00fce, facilitando la incorporaci\u00f3n de servicios b\u00e1sicos y contribuyendo a reducir la contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental que durante a\u00f1os ha afectado a la quebrada Chinchichaca.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Asimismo, resalt\u00f3 que la intervenci\u00f3n se viene ejecutando mediante un proceso de di\u00e1logo y coordinaci\u00f3n con los vecinos, quienes han comprendido la importancia de recuperar espacios que pertenecen al conjunto de la poblaci\u00f3n y que resultan fundamentales para la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El funcionario record\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la municipalidad viene impulsando de manera permanente la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios p\u00fablicos en distintos sectores de la ciudad, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa y restituyendo \u00e1reas destinadas al uso colectivo de los ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En este marco, la Subgerencia de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres contin\u00faa desarrollando trabajos de defensa ribere\u00f1a en la quebrada Chinchichaca, con el objetivo de reducir riesgos y proteger una zona que durante a\u00f1os estuvo expuesta al deterioro ambiental y al arrojo indiscriminado de residuos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
