\"📌\"<\/span>Culmin\u00f3 el proyecto integral de mejoramiento de la movilidad urbana en las avenidas Chile, Brasil, Argentina y el pasaje Alfonso Ugarte, consolidando una de las intervenciones de infraestructura vial m\u00e1s importantes ejecutadas en el sector Las Am\u00e9ricas y reafirmando su compromiso con el desarrollo ordenado de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Lo que durante a\u00f1os fue una necesidad para los vecinos de Las Am\u00e9ricas hoy es una realidad. La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) inaugur\u00f3 el pasaje Alfonso Ugarte, con lo que qued\u00f3 oficialmente concluido el proyecto de mejoramiento del servicio de movilidad urbana (CUI N.\u00b0 2646064), que comprendi\u00f3 las avenidas Chile, Brasil, Argentina y esta importante calle. La obra, ejecutada con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 3.7 millones de soles, fortalece la conectividad del sector y mejora las condiciones de transitabilidad para miles de vecinos, transportistas y comerciantes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La ceremonia cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de autoridades municipales, dirigentes vecinales y poblaci\u00f3n beneficiaria, quienes coincidieron en destacar que esta intervenci\u00f3n representa un cambio significativo para uno de los sectores con mayor crecimiento urbano de la ciudad. La culminaci\u00f3n del pasaje Alfonso Ugarte marca el cierre de un proyecto integral que moderniza la infraestructura vial, ordena la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal y dinamiza la actividad comercial que caracteriza a Las Am\u00e9ricas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En representaci\u00f3n de los vecinos, el presidente del sector, Mario Flores, expres\u00f3 su reconocimiento a la comuna provincial por haber hecho realidad una obra largamente esperada, destacando que las nuevas v\u00edas hoy por hoy mejoran la imagen del barrio, fortalecen su desarrollo y constituyen un motivo de orgullo para quienes viven en la zona. Asimismo, agradeci\u00f3 el trabajo realizado por los ingenieros, t\u00e9cnicos y obreros que participaron en la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto y cumplieron con los plazos establecidos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Durante la ceremonia tambi\u00e9n se present\u00f3 el informe t\u00e9cnico precisando que el proyecto comprendi\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de 1 241 metros lineales distribuidos en la avenida Chile (417 m), avenida Brasil (354 m), avenida Argentina (360 m) y el pasaje Alfonso Ugarte (110 m), ejecut\u00e1ndose bajo la modalidad de administraci\u00f3n directa. Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que durante la ejecuci\u00f3n se verific\u00f3 permanentemente el cumplimiento del expediente t\u00e9cnico, los est\u00e1ndares de calidad y las normas de seguridad, otorgando finalmente la conformidad t\u00e9cnica para su entrega al servicio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En su discurso central, el alcalde provincial Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a destac\u00f3 que la obra forma parte de una pol\u00edtica de inversi\u00f3n orientada a descentralizar los recursos municipales y llevar infraestructura de calidad a los barrios emergentes de la poblaci\u00f3n. \/\/\u00bbAbancay debe crecer de manera horizontal y los recursos p\u00fablicos tienen que llegar a todos los sectores, sin distinci\u00f3n. Ese ha sido nuestro compromiso desde el inicio de la gesti\u00f3n y seguiremos trabajando para que cada barrio cuente con mejores servicios e infraestructura\u00bb\/\/, manifest\u00f3 la autoridad edil.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El burgomaestre explic\u00f3 que durante la ejecuci\u00f3n fue necesario realizar trabajos complementarios de renovaci\u00f3n de redes de agua y desag\u00fce, acciones que demandaron tiempo adicional, pero que garantizar\u00e1n una mayor vida \u00fatil de la infraestructura construida. Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que las molestias propias de una obra p\u00fablica son temporales, mientras que sus beneficios permanecer\u00e1n durante muchos a\u00f1os al servicio de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Asimismo, hizo un llamado a los vecinos a preservar las nuevas v\u00edas y contribuir al ordenamiento del tr\u00e1nsito, evitando utilizar las calles como estacionamientos permanentes. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las pistas y veredas fueron construidas para mejorar la movilidad y que el compromiso ciudadano ser\u00e1 fundamental para conservarlas en buen estado y garantizar una circulaci\u00f3n segura.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Durante su alocuci\u00f3n, el alcalde anunci\u00f3 adem\u00e1s la pr\u00f3xima asignaci\u00f3n de recursos para nuevos proyectos de pistas y veredas en los sectores de Atipa, Santa Sebastiana y Santa Mar\u00eda de Ichubambilla. De igual manera, inform\u00f3 que la gesti\u00f3n municipal impulsar\u00e1 la ejecuci\u00f3n de la futura V\u00eda Expresa Sur, obra estrat\u00e9gica que conectar\u00e1 Las Am\u00e9ricas con Patibamba para descongestionar el tr\u00e1nsito urbano, as\u00ed como el Mercado de Las Americas, destinado a mejorar las condiciones de trabajo de comerciantes y productores en ese sector.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Con la entrega del pasaje Alfonso Ugarte, la MPA culmina una intervenci\u00f3n integral que transforma uno de los principales corredores viales de Las Am\u00e9ricas, reafirmando su compromiso de seguir impulsando obras que mejoren la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n, fortalezcan la conectividad urbana y promuevan el desarrollo sostenible de la capital regional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
