\"📌\"<\/span>La obra transformar\u00e1 el actual parque Centenario en un moderno espacio urbano con estacionamientos subterr\u00e1neos para m\u00e1s de un centenar de veh\u00edculos, nuevas \u00e1reas de recreaci\u00f3n, comercio ordenado y una mejor movilidad para miles de ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Despu\u00e9s de d\u00e9cadas en las que el crecimiento del parque automotor convirti\u00f3 al centro de Abancay en uno de los sectores con mayor congesti\u00f3n vehicular, la ciudad comenz\u00f3 a escribir una nueva p\u00e1gina de su historia. La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) dio inicio oficial a la construcci\u00f3n del Autoparque Ocampo, una de las obras urbanas m\u00e1s importantes de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, destinada a recuperar este espacio hist\u00f3rico y convertirlo en un referente de modernidad, orden y desarrollo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>El proyecto \u00abMejoramiento del Servicio de Esparcimiento de Recreaci\u00f3n Pasiva del Parque Centenario \u2013 Autoparque Ocampo\u00bb(CUI: 2569855), ejecutado bajo la modalidad de administraci\u00f3n directa y con una inversi\u00f3n superior a S\/ 6.7 millones, permitir\u00e1 aprovechar el subsuelo para construir un moderno estacionamiento de tres (03) niveles con capacidad para m\u00e1s de un centenar de veh\u00edculos. Sobre esta infraestructura se desarrollar\u00e1 un parque completamente moderno y un entorno urbano dise\u00f1ado para responder al crecimiento de la ciudad sin perder la esencia de uno de los lugares m\u00e1s representativos de nuestra ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>La ceremonia de colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra reuni\u00f3 a autoridades, vecinos, comerciantes, dirigentes de todos los barrios y ciudadan\u00eda en general, quienes coincidieron en que esta intervenci\u00f3n representa una respuesta concreta a una necesidad que durante muchos a\u00f1os permaneci\u00f3 pendiente. La presidenta del Mercado Central, Rosario Medrano Aguirre, resalt\u00f3 que el crecimiento del parque automotor hac\u00eda indispensable una infraestructura de esta naturaleza para poner fin al desorden vehicular que diariamente afecta el casco urbano, expresando adem\u00e1s su expectativa de que la obra sea concluida dentro del plazo establecido y se convierta en un verdadero legado para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Por su parte, el residente de obra, Ing. Shabu Moya Le\u00f3n, asumi\u00f3 el compromiso de ejecutar el proyecto con responsabilidad, calidad y estricto cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos. Explic\u00f3 que el Autoparque Ocampo no solo resolver\u00e1 el problema del estacionamiento, sino que incorporar\u00e1 espacios recreativos, \u00e1reas verdes, zonas de permanencia, \u00e1reas destinadas al comercio, sistemas de monitoreo y seguridad, servicios higi\u00e9nicos y un entorno urbano pensado para mejorar la convivencia ciudadana. Asimismo, solicit\u00f3 la comprensi\u00f3n de los vecinos por las incomodidades temporales que generar\u00e1n los trabajos, recordando que el beneficio final ser\u00e1 para toda la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Uno de los momentos m\u00e1s significativos de la ceremonia fue el mensaje del alcalde provincial Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, quien invit\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a mirar esta obra no solo como una infraestructura hecha solo de concreto, sino como parte de la historia y del futuro de Abancay. Record\u00f3 que el Parque Centenario y el Parque Ocampo han sido escenario de la infancia, la juventud y los recuerdos de varias generaciones de abanquinos, y rindi\u00f3 homenaje a las familias tradicionales que contribuyeron al desarrollo de este sector, as\u00ed como a las autoridades que en distintas \u00e9pocas impulsaron importantes obras para la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La autoridad provincial destac\u00f3 que el progreso no significa borrar el pasado, sino construir sobre \u00e9l. Por ello, anunci\u00f3 que los elementos hist\u00f3ricos y ornamentales del parque ser\u00e1n preservados para mantener viva la memoria colectiva de Abancay, reconociendo que las obras ejecutadas por gestiones anteriores tambi\u00e9n forman parte de la identidad de la ciudad y merecen ser valoradas por las nuevas generaciones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el alcalde fue enf\u00e1tico al se\u00f1alar que el parque no desaparecer\u00e1. Explic\u00f3 que el estacionamiento funcionar\u00e1 en los niveles subterr\u00e1neos, mientras que la superficie conservar\u00e1 su funci\u00f3n como espacio de encuentro para las familias, incorporando nuevos jardines, \u00e1reas recreativas y ambientes m\u00e1s seguros y ordenados. Del mismo modo, indic\u00f3 que el proyecto permitir\u00e1 brindar mejores condiciones para las tradicionales comerciantes de picarones, mazamorras y otros productos que durante d\u00e9cadas han dado vida a este emblem\u00e1tico lugar.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Asimismo, sostuvo que Abancay enfrenta hoy nuevos desaf\u00edos producto de su crecimiento urbano y que la ciudad necesita obras capaces de responder a esa realidad. En ese contexto, afirm\u00f3 que el Autoparque Ocampo constituye una soluci\u00f3n estructural para reducir el congestionamiento vehicular del centro hist\u00f3rico, mejorar la transitabilidad y ofrecer espacios adecuados para el estacionamiento sin afectar las \u00e1reas destinadas a la recreaci\u00f3n y al encuentro ciudadano.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El burgomaestre tambi\u00e9n llev\u00f3 tranquilidad a la poblaci\u00f3n al confirmar que el proyecto cuenta con el presupuesto totalmente asegurado para su ejecuci\u00f3n, precisando que los recursos ya se encuentran asignados conforme a la normativa vigente, lo que garantiza la continuidad de los trabajos hasta su culminaci\u00f3n. En ese sentido, exhort\u00f3 a los vecinos a acompa\u00f1ar y cuidar esta importante inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, convencido de que ser\u00e1 una obra que marcar\u00e1 un antes y un despu\u00e9s en el desarrollo urbano de la capital apurime\u00f1a.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Asimismo, remarc\u00f3 que el Autoparque Ocampo forma parte de un proceso integral de modernizaci\u00f3n de la ciudad impulsado por la comuna provincial, que comprende la recuperaci\u00f3n del Parque Recreacional El Mirador de Taraccasa, la remodelaci\u00f3n de la Plaza de Armas, la futura V\u00eda Expresa Sur, el mejoramiento del Coliseo Cerrado de Pueblo Libre, el desarrollo del Parque Industrial de Atipa y el Mercado de Villa Ampay, adem\u00e1s de muchas otras en barrios y centros poblados, todas orientadas a consolidar una ciudad m\u00e1s ordenada, competitiva y preparada para el futuro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Finalmente, el alcalde hizo un llamado a la unidad de todos los abanquinos para seguir construyendo una ciudad con visi\u00f3n de futuro, dejando de lado las diferencias y priorizando el bienestar com\u00fan. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las autoridades son pasajeras, pero las obras permanecen y se convierten en testimonio del compromiso asumido con la poblaci\u00f3n. Reafirm\u00f3 adem\u00e1s el profundo amor que siente por nuestra tierra y expres\u00f3 su convicci\u00f3n de que esta ciudad continuar\u00e1 creciendo gracias al esfuerzo conjunto de sus ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Con el inicio del Autoparque Ocampo, Abancay no solo comienza la construcci\u00f3n de una moderna infraestructura para ordenar el tr\u00e1nsito y brindar mejores servicios; reafirma una visi\u00f3n de ciudad que apuesta por la planificaci\u00f3n, la recuperaci\u00f3n de sus espacios emblem\u00e1ticos, el respeto por su historia y una mejor calidad de vida para las futuras generaciones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
