\"✅\"<\/span> Continuando con el trabajo de recuperaci\u00f3n de espacio p\u00fablico. La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), a trav\u00e9s de la Oficina de Catastro y en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Procuradur\u00eda P\u00fablica Municipal, Serenazgo, la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa, ejecut\u00f3 hoy lunes una nueva intervenci\u00f3n para recuperar un tramo de v\u00eda p\u00fablica que hab\u00eda sido ocupado de manera irregular en la Urb. Quinta Villa Ren\u00e9.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> La acci\u00f3n municipal se realiz\u00f3 en estricto cumplimiento de la Resoluci\u00f3n Administrativa emitida por la autoridad competente, la cual declar\u00f3 procedente la ejecuci\u00f3n inmediata de medidas complementarias contra el responsable de la ocupaci\u00f3n indebida de un \u00e1rea destinada al uso p\u00fablico, conforme a lo establecido en la Ordenanza Municipal N.\u00b0 07-2019-CM-MPA y la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Con apoyo de maquinaria pesada y el resguardo de las PNP, se dispuso la demolici\u00f3n de estructuras construidas con adobe, bloquetas y techos de calamina que invad\u00edan los jirones N.\u00b0 04 y N.\u00b0 05 de la urbanizaci\u00f3n Quinta Villa Ren\u00e9. De acuerdo con el expediente t\u00e9cnico y administrativo, la ocupaci\u00f3n compromet\u00eda aproximadamente 160.65 m2 de un espacio destinado a v\u00eda p\u00fablica, afectando el alineamiento vial y restringiendo su uso por parte de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Reafirmamos nuestro compromiso con el ordenamiento territorial, la defensa del patrimonio p\u00fablico y el respeto al marco legal vigente. Asimismo, recuerda a la poblaci\u00f3n que las v\u00edas y dem\u00e1s espacios p\u00fablicos constituyen bienes de dominio colectivo, por lo que su ocupaci\u00f3n indebida constituye una infracci\u00f3n administrativa sujeta a las medidas y sanciones previstas en la normativa municipal.<\/div>\n
