\"✅\"<\/span>Lo que durante casi dos d\u00e9cadas fue una promesa postergada, este martes se convirti\u00f3 en una realidad para cientos de familias de la urbanizaci\u00f3n Quinta Isabel. La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) inaugur\u00f3 el proyecto \u00abMejoramiento del Servicio de Movilidad Urbana en la Urb. Quinta Isabel\u00bb (CUI N.\u00b0 2514596), una obra ejecutada por administraci\u00f3n directa con una inversi\u00f3n cercana a los 2 millones de soles, que transforma siete (07) calles del sector con modernas pistas, veredas e infraestructura complementaria, marcando un antes y un despu\u00e9s en la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. La ceremonia cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del alcalde provincial Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, del alcalde del Cp. Las Am\u00e9ricas, Jhon Cristhian Joija Yauricasa, funcionarios municipales, dirigentes vecinales y vecinos que fueron testigos de la entrega oficial de una de las obras m\u00e1s esperadas del sector.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El ambiente fue de emoci\u00f3n y satisfacci\u00f3n. A\u00f1os de convivir con calles de tierra, barro durante la temporada de lluvias y dificultades para el tr\u00e1nsito quedaron atr\u00e1s con una intervenci\u00f3n que hoy devuelve dignidad a un barrio hist\u00f3ricamente postergado. En representaci\u00f3n de los vecinos, el presidente del comit\u00e9 de gesti\u00f3n, Valent\u00edn Hurtado, record\u00f3 que desde que asumi\u00f3 la dirigencia mantuvo firme el objetivo de conseguir la pavimentaci\u00f3n de Quinta Isabel. Agradeci\u00f3 a la actual gesti\u00f3n municipal por hacer realidad ese anhelo colectivo y reconoci\u00f3 el esfuerzo de ingenieros, t\u00e9cnicos, obreros y poblaci\u00f3n durante el proceso de ejecuci\u00f3n. \/\/\u00bbLos hombres pasamos, pero las obras quedan para la historia\u00bb, expres\u00f3 al cierre de su intervenci\u00f3n, recibiendo el aplauso de los asistentes\/\/.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Durante el informe t\u00e9cnico, la inspectora de obra, Ing. Marleni P\u00e9rez Saavedra, inform\u00f3 que el proyecto comprendi\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n de 771 metros lineales de pavimento r\u00edgido, m\u00e1s de 1 500 metros lineales de sardineles de concreto, muros de contenci\u00f3n, sistemas de evacuaci\u00f3n de aguas pluviales y drenaje, adem\u00e1s de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n horizontal y vertical. Destac\u00f3 que la obra no solo mejora la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal, sino que brinda condiciones m\u00e1s seguras para ni\u00f1os, adultos mayores y toda la poblaci\u00f3n beneficiaria. Asimismo, exhort\u00f3 a los vecinos a cuidar la infraestructura, recordando que su conservaci\u00f3n depender\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n del compromiso ciudadano.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En su mensaje central, el alcalde provincial Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a sostuvo que la entrega de esta obra representa el cumplimiento de un compromiso asumido con los vecinos desde el inicio de su gesti\u00f3n. Record\u00f3 que cuando recorri\u00f3 las calles de Quinta Isabel prometi\u00f3 ejecutar las pistas y veredas que durante a\u00f1os fueron reclamadas por la poblaci\u00f3n y afirm\u00f3 que hoy esa palabra empe\u00f1ada se convierte en hechos concretos. \/\/\u00bbAbancay no es solamente el centro de la ciudad; Abancay son todos sus barrios\u00bb\/\/, enfatiz\u00f3 al se\u00f1alar que la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica debe llegar a cada sector sin distinci\u00f3n, porque todas las familias tienen el mismo derecho a vivir en mejores condiciones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El burgomaestre tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que Quinta Isabel forma parte de un amplio proceso de transformaci\u00f3n urbana que la MPA viene ejecutando en distintos sectores. Como parte de esa pol\u00edtica de descentralizaci\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n, record\u00f3 las intervenciones realizadas en las avenidas Chile, Brasil y Argentina, el pasaje Alfonso Ugarte, avenida Gilber Urbiola, Paraguay, Uruguay, 6 Barrios, Tablada Alta y otras importantes v\u00edas de Las Am\u00e9ricas se entregaron al 100%, adem\u00e1s de anunciar pr\u00f3ximos proyectos para la ciudad como el desarrollo del Parque Industrial de Atipa, Santa Sebastiana, Villa Gloria, Costa Verde y otros barrios de la provincia. Mencion\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que ya se tiene casi culminado el expediente t\u00e9cnico de Planta de tratamiento de Residuos S\u00f3lidos. \/\/\u00bbNuestro compromiso fue ejecutar cien (100) calles y ese compromiso ya ha sido superado. Seguiremos trabajando porque a\u00fan quedan muchos sectores que necesitan obras\u00bb\/\/, manifest\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Asimismo, explic\u00f3 que muchas veces la ejecuci\u00f3n de una obra p\u00fablica requiere trabajos complementarios, como la renovaci\u00f3n de redes de agua y desag\u00fce por parte del EPS Emusap, acciones que, aunque demoren, garantizan la durabilidad de la infraestructura. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la prioridad de la gesti\u00f3n ha sido siempre entregar obras bien ejecutadas y con condiciones t\u00e9cnicas que permitan servir a la poblaci\u00f3n durante muchos a\u00f1os. En ese sentido, indic\u00f3 que el objetivo de la Municipalidad no es \u00fanicamente construir pistas y veredas, sino impulsar proyectos integrales que generen desarrollo y mejoren la calidad de vida de las familias abanquinas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Antes de concluir, el alcalde hizo un llamado a los vecinos para asumir un compromiso compartido con el cuidado de la ciudad. Los exhort\u00f3 a conservar las nuevas v\u00edas, mantener limpias las calles, respetar los espacios p\u00fablicos y fortalecer la organizaci\u00f3n vecinal, se\u00f1alando que el desarrollo de Abancay no depende \u00fanicamente de su alcalde, sino tambi\u00e9n de la participaci\u00f3n responsable de toda la ciudadan\u00eda.\/\/ \u00abUna ciudad moderna y segura se construye entre todos\u00bb\/\/, expres\u00f3. Asimismo, afirm\u00f3 que \/\/ \u00abAbancay es m\u00e1s grande que sus problemas\u00bb\/\/, destacando que el verdadero desarrollo de la provincia no debe depender de intereses particulares, sino del esfuerzo conjunto de su poblaci\u00f3n y del trabajo en armon\u00eda entre todos los abanquinos.<\/div>\n
