\"✅\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) destinar\u00e1 cerca de S\/ 3 millones para la pavimentaci\u00f3n de pistas y veredas del Parque Mec\u00e1nico Industrial, una intervenci\u00f3n que busca poner en marcha este importante sector de la ciudad y, al mismo tiempo, avanzar en el ordenamiento de la actividad mec\u00e1nica y la descongesti\u00f3n de la Panamericana Sur.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El anuncio fue realizado por el alcalde durante una reuni\u00f3n con representantes de los mec\u00e1nicos e industriales, ante quienes ratific\u00f3 el compromiso asumido con el sector y asegur\u00f3 que la municipalidad garantizar\u00e1 el presupuesto necesario para ejecutar la obra.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La decisi\u00f3n apunta a generar las condiciones para que los servicios mec\u00e1nicos y automotrices que actualmente funcionan en distintos puntos de la ciudad puedan concentrarse progresivamente en un espacio planificado, con mejores accesos y condiciones adecuadas tanto para quienes desarrollan esta actividad como para los usuarios. \/\/\u201cTenemos que facilitar las condiciones que permitan que la ciudad se ordene\u201d \/\/, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el alcalde, al remarcar que el funcionamiento del Parque Mec\u00e1nico Industrial permitir\u00e1 contribuir a descongestionar la Panamericana Sur y mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n en uno de los principales ejes viales de Abancay.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En el sector existen m\u00e1s de 150 lotes adquiridos por sus propietarios, quienes proyectan instalar talleres, establecimientos y nuevas construcciones vinculadas a la actividad mec\u00e1nica e industrial. La ejecuci\u00f3n de las pistas y veredas permitir\u00e1 que estos terrenos puedan comenzar a desarrollarse y, con ello, se genere tambi\u00e9n un movimiento econ\u00f3mico alrededor de la construcci\u00f3n y la instalaci\u00f3n de nuevos negocios.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Para la autoridad municipal, el impacto de esta inversi\u00f3n no se limitar\u00e1 a la infraestructura. La construcci\u00f3n de los establecimientos demandar\u00e1 mano de obra y servicios, adem\u00e1s de materiales como piedra, arena, fierro y cemento, dinamizando distintas actividades econ\u00f3micas relacionadas con el crecimiento de este nuevo sector. \/\/\u201cCuando ustedes empiecen a construir sus viviendas y sus establecimientos se va a generar mano de obra y se va a dinamizar la econom\u00eda\u201d \/\/, sostuvo el alcalde durante el encuentro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La propuesta forma parte de una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia de ordenamiento y crecimiento urbano. Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el burgomaestre tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la Municipalidad viene trabajando en nuevas alternativas de circulaci\u00f3n que permitan distribuir mejor el tr\u00e1nsito y reducir la presi\u00f3n que actualmente soportan las principales v\u00edas de Abancay.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En ese contexto, mencion\u00f3 las intervenciones proyectadas en sectores como San Gabriel, Pataypata, Illanya y Patibamba, as\u00ed como nuevas conexiones que permitan mejorar la salida desde Abancay y el ingreso desde las distintas provincias. Tambi\u00e9n hizo referencia a los trabajos previstos en las m\u00e1rgenes del r\u00edo Chinchichaca, como la ampliaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios para consolidar un corredor vial que contribuya a mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n desde Vallecito el Olivo hacia la parte baja de la ciudad y su conexi\u00f3n con el r\u00edo Mari\u00f1o.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La intenci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3, es que estas intervenciones se complementen entre s\u00ed: mientras el Parque Mec\u00e1nico Industrial concentra una actividad que hoy genera movimiento vehicular en distintos puntos, las nuevas alternativas viales permitir\u00e1n distribuir mejor el tr\u00e1nsito y acompa\u00f1ar el crecimiento de la ciudad hacia otros sectores.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El alcalde record\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que la actual gesti\u00f3n ha tenido que asumir la culminaci\u00f3n de proyectos que fueron encontrados con avances parciales, destinando recursos municipales para evitar que permanezcan inconclusos. Por ejemplo, mencion\u00f3 el proyecto de Tablada, que -seg\u00fan explic\u00f3— presentaba aproximadamente un 30 % de ejecuci\u00f3n y requiri\u00f3 la inversi\u00f3n del presupuesto restante para garantizar su culminaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En ese escenario, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n municipal ha tenido que establecer prioridades y redistribuir el presupuesto de acuerdo con las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n y los compromisos asumidos durante la gesti\u00f3n. \/\/ \u201cNos eligen para cuatro a\u00f1os de gesti\u00f3n y nuestro compromiso es trabajar hasta el 31 de diciembre. Tenemos que redistribuir nuestro presupuesto y cumplir con los compromisos que hemos asumido\u201d \/\/, afirm\u00f3.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La intervenci\u00f3n del Parque Mec\u00e1nico Industrial tiene prevista su inauguraci\u00f3n para el 3 de noviembre, de acuerdo con lo anunciado durante la reuni\u00f3n. Para la MPA, la obra permitir\u00e1 que los propietarios puedan poner en valor los terrenos adquiridos y que el sector avance hacia su consolidaci\u00f3n como un espacio especializado para la actividad mec\u00e1nica e industrial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Con esta inversi\u00f3n, la gesti\u00f3n municipal busca dar un paso concreto en el ordenamiento de la ciudad, mejorar las condiciones de tr\u00e1nsito y abrir un nuevo espacio para la inversi\u00f3n y la generaci\u00f3n de empleo en la zona sur de Abancay. \/\/\u201cEl compromiso es hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n. Vamos a seguir asignando los presupuestos y agilizando las obras que permitan el desarrollo de nuestra ciudad\u201d \/\/, concluy\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/div>\n
