\"✅\"<\/span> La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) realiz\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana un operativo inopinado en la secci\u00f3n de abarrotes del Mercado Central, donde se verificaron las condiciones sanitarias de los productos que se ofrecen al p\u00fablico y el cumplimiento de las medidas b\u00e1sicas para su adecuada comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> La intervenci\u00f3n estuvo a cargo de la Subgerencia de Salubridad y Salud, con la participaci\u00f3n del \u00c1rea de Administraci\u00f3n de Mercados y la Polic\u00eda Municipal. El personal municipal recorri\u00f3 los puestos y logr\u00f3 inspeccionar aproximadamente el 90 % de los establecimientos. Durante la jornada se encontraron algunos productos con fecha de vencimiento cumplida. Se trat\u00f3 de casos puntuales, principalmente en bebidas y otros productos de consumo, por lo que se realizaron las observaciones correspondientes a los comerciantes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> La inspecci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n comprendi\u00f3 la revisi\u00f3n del registro sanitario, las condiciones de almacenamiento y la forma en que los productos son colocados para su venta. En este \u00faltimo punto, se advirti\u00f3 que algunos productos son recibidos directamente en el piso, una pr\u00e1ctica que debe ser corregida para garantizar mejores condiciones de higiene.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Otro aspecto observado fue la presencia de cajas y objetos en algunos pasillos. El personal municipal record\u00f3 que estas \u00e1reas deben mantenerse despejadas, especialmente porque constituyen rutas de circulaci\u00f3n y evacuaci\u00f3n ante una eventual emergencia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Como parte del operativo, los inspectores brindaron recomendaciones a los comerciantes para mejorar estas condiciones y mantener un adecuado manejo de los productos. La jornada permiti\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, constatar que en la mayor\u00eda de los puestos existe un control permanente de las fechas de vencimiento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Finalmente, la MPA inform\u00f3 que este tipo de intervenciones se realiza de manera peri\u00f3dica en los mercados, con el objetivo de prevenir riesgos para la salud de los consumidores. Asimismo, recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n revisar siempre la fecha de vencimiento antes de comprar un producto, as\u00ed como verificar que se encuentre en buenas condiciones y cuente con el registro sanitario correspondiente.<\/div>\n
