\"✅\"<\/span>El mantenimiento de los sistemas de agua potable del sector Carolina, en Pichirhua, y de agua para riego de Yauriqocha \u2013 Vicu\u00f1as Ccasa, en Quisapata Alta, ser\u00e1 atendido mediante dos convenios espec\u00edficos de cooperaci\u00f3n interinstitucional suscritos entre la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) y las organizaciones comunales involucradas. Ambas intervenciones representan una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 533 mil soles que ser\u00e1n ejecutadas bajo la modalidad de Administraci\u00f3n Directa.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Los acuerdos fueron suscritos ayer por el alcalde provincial, junto con los representantes de las organizaciones comunales involucradas. Los documentos establecen claramente las responsabilidades que asumir\u00e1n la Municipalidad, las comunidades y los beneficiarios durante la ejecuci\u00f3n y posterior mantenimiento de la infraestructura.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>El primer convenio permitir\u00e1 atender el sistema de agua potable del sector Carolina, en la Comunidad Campesina de Chalhuan\u00ed, distrito de Pichirhua. Para esta intervenci\u00f3n se ha previsto un presupuesto de hasta S\/ 259 956.20, con el que se financiar\u00e1n los materiales e insumos necesarios y el equipo t\u00e9cnico responsable de los trabajos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>De acuerdo con el convenio, la Municipalidad tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la elaboraci\u00f3n de la ficha t\u00e9cnica, el financiamiento, la designaci\u00f3n del equipo t\u00e9cnico, la ejecuci\u00f3n y la supervisi\u00f3n de la actividad. La Comunidad Campesina de Chalhuan\u00ed, la JASS del barrio Carolina y los beneficiarios participar\u00e1n en el seguimiento de los trabajos, facilitar\u00e1n el acceso a las zonas de intervenci\u00f3n y aportar\u00e1n mano de obra no calificada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>El segundo acuerdo corresponde a la Comunidad Campesina de Micaela Bastidas y comprende el mantenimiento del sistema de agua para riego Yauriqocha \u2013 Vicu\u00f1as Ccasa, ubicado en el sector Quisapata Alta. La Municipalidad destinar\u00e1 hasta S\/ 273 285.88 para esta intervenci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>En este caso, la comunidad asumir\u00e1 compromisos relacionados con el acceso a las \u00e1reas de trabajo, el aporte de mano de obra no calificada y la participaci\u00f3n en la recepci\u00f3n de los trabajos. Asimismo, una vez concluida la intervenci\u00f3n, tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento del sistema de agua para riego, seg\u00fan lo establecido en el convenio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Las dos (02) intervenciones tendr\u00e1n un plazo de 60 d\u00edas calendario, contabilizados a partir del d\u00eda siguiente de la suscripci\u00f3n del acta de inicio. La MPA ser\u00e1 responsable de la ejecuci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y administrativa, mientras que las organizaciones comunales participar\u00e1n en el seguimiento y control social de los trabajos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>De esta manera, se articulan recursos y esfuerzos con las comunidades para atender infraestructura de agua que cumple una funci\u00f3n directa tanto en el abastecimiento de la poblaci\u00f3n como en las actividades productivas de la provincia.<\/div>\n
