\"✅\"<\/span>Durante a\u00f1os, las familias de la Urbanizaci\u00f3n San Luis convivieron con calles deterioradas, polvo, barro y dificultades para desplazarse, mientras la atenci\u00f3n integral de sus v\u00edas permanec\u00eda pendiente. Hoy, esa realidad empieza a cambiar.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) har\u00e1 realidad el proyecto \u201cMejoramiento del Servicio de Transitabilidad Vehicular y Peatonal en la Urb. San Luis de la ciudad de Abancay\u201d \u2013 CUI N.\u00ba 2561047, con una inversi\u00f3n actualizada de S\/ 14,606,387.90. La intervenci\u00f3n busca mejorar las condiciones de movilidad urbana y accesibilidad de este sector de la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>El proyecto alcanzar\u00e1 m\u00e1s de cuatro (04) kil\u00f3metros de v\u00edas en siete barrios: Villa Abanquina, La Rioja, Villavicencio, Santo Domingo, San Luis, Vista Alegre y Abd\u00f3n Trujillo, entre otros espacios comprendidos dentro del \u00e1mbito de intervenci\u00f3n, con un beneficio directo para m\u00e1s de 2,500 vecinos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>En las calles intervenidas se ejecutar\u00e1n pavimento de concreto, veredas, cunetas para el manejo de aguas pluviales, pasajes peatonales y grader\u00edas. Tambi\u00e9n se consideran sardineles, \u00e1reas verdes, muros de contenci\u00f3n y mobiliario urbano. El expediente t\u00e9cnico registra 15,697.33 m2 de calzada, 10,059.36 m2 de veredas, 3,986.73 m2 de muros de contenci\u00f3n y 1,471.66 m2 de pasajes peatonales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Sin embargo, llegar hasta este punto requiri\u00f3 atender primero una situaci\u00f3n que durante a\u00f1os condicion\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n del sector. Parte de la v\u00eda que atraviesa San Luis se encontraba vinculada al Sistema Nacional de Carreteras, por lo que la administraci\u00f3n actual realiz\u00f3 gestiones t\u00e9cnicas ante el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MTC) para avanzar en la actualizaci\u00f3n de su condici\u00f3n vial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>El proceso tuvo un resultado favorable mediante el Informe T\u00e9cnico N.\u00ba 1017-2025-MTC\/14.02, que declar\u00f3 viable la actualizaci\u00f3n del eje georreferenciado y la trayectoria de las rutas AP-604, AP-605 y AP-606. El documento precisa, adem\u00e1s, que el primer tramo de la ruta AP-605 se integra al \u00e1mbito urbano de Abancay.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Con esta actualizaci\u00f3n se abri\u00f3 el camino para atender San Luis desde una perspectiva urbana y avanzar hacia una intervenci\u00f3n que responda a las caracter\u00edsticas actuales del sector. Para la Municipalidad, resolver esta condici\u00f3n era un paso necesario antes de poder llevar adelante una obra integral en la zona.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>El proyecto est\u00e1 vinculado al servicio de movilidad y v\u00edas urbanas, por lo que su alcance va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la pavimentaci\u00f3n. La intervenci\u00f3n busca mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular y peatonal, facilitar el acceso a las viviendas y recuperar espacios que forman parte de la vida cotidiana de los vecinos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>A los trabajos de pavimentaci\u00f3n y veredas se suman 404.62 m2 de \u00e1reas verdes, 444.97 m2 de bermas y 32 unidades de mobiliario urbano, adem\u00e1s de las obras de drenaje y contenci\u00f3n previstas en el expediente t\u00e9cnico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Para las familias de San Luis, el proyecto significa contar finalmente con v\u00edas adecuadas para llegar a sus viviendas, desplazarse con mayor seguridad y disponer de espacios urbanos acordes con las necesidades de un sector que ha acompa\u00f1ado el crecimiento de Abancay.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os de espera, San Luis empieza a dejar atr\u00e1s una realidad que permaneci\u00f3 pendiente. M\u00e1s de 2,500 vecinos podr\u00e1n beneficiarse de una intervenci\u00f3n destinada a mejorar la transitabilidad, la accesibilidad y las condiciones del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
