\"✅\"<\/span>El ordenamiento urbano contin\u00faa con acciones concretas en distintos sectores de la ciudad. Esta vez, en Illanya, se intervino una construcci\u00f3n ejecutada sin la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente, luego de verificarse que ocupaba parte de la vereda y afectaba el ancho de la v\u00eda.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La intervenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 tras una alerta ciudadana. Personal de la Oficina de Catastro acudi\u00f3 al lugar y constat\u00f3 que el muro de bloquetas hab\u00eda sido levantado sobre un \u00e1rea destinada al tr\u00e1nsito peatonal, incluso frente a un poste instalado en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Con apoyo de maquinaria pesada, se procedi\u00f3 a su demolici\u00f3n, recuperando el espacio ocupado y restableciendo las condiciones de tr\u00e1nsito en este punto del sector. La acci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 en el marco de las disposiciones municipales vigentes, entre ellas la Ordenanza Municipal N.\u00b0 07-2019-CM-MPA, que establece las infracciones y sanciones aplicables ante el incumplimiento de las normas municipales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El respeto por las veredas y v\u00edas p\u00fablicas forma parte del ordenamiento de la ciudad. Estos espacios est\u00e1n destinados al uso de todos los ciudadanos y no pueden ser reducidos u ocupados mediante construcciones que no cuenten con las autorizaciones correspondientes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Ante situaciones similares, la poblaci\u00f3n puede comunicar oportunamente los casos a la Oficina de Catastro para su verificaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n. La participaci\u00f3n de los vecinos permite identificar intervenciones que afectan el uso adecuado de las v\u00edas y facilita una respuesta oportuna de la autoridad municipal.<\/div>\n
