\"✅\"<\/span>Despu\u00e9s de a\u00f1os de espera, Abancay dio un paso decisivo para avanzar hacia una soluci\u00f3n integral al problema de los residuos s\u00f3lidos. Durante la Segunda Audiencia P\u00fablica de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas, realizada en la Casa de la Cultura, el alcalde provincial Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez anunci\u00f3 la culminaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n del expediente t\u00e9cnico de la Planta de Tratamiento de Residuos S\u00f3lidos y entreg\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>\/\/\u201cHago entrega del expediente t\u00e9cnico culminado de la planta de tratamiento de residuos s\u00f3lidos para la ciudad de Abancay\u201d \/\/, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el alcalde durante su intervenci\u00f3n, destacando que este proyecto permitir\u00e1 dejar encaminada una soluci\u00f3n a un problema que la ciudad enfrenta desde hace d\u00e9cadas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La autoridad provincial explic\u00f3 que, con el expediente t\u00e9cnico culminado y aprobado, el siguiente paso ser\u00e1 gestionar ante el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF) los recursos necesarios para hacer posible la construcci\u00f3n de la planta. De esta manera, la gesti\u00f3n municipal cierra la etapa correspondiente a la elaboraci\u00f3n del expediente y contin\u00faa con las acciones orientadas a conseguir el financiamiento del proyecto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>La iniciativa corresponde al proyecto \u201cMejoramiento y Ampliaci\u00f3n de la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos S\u00f3lidos Municipales en la ciudad de Abancay\u201d, identificado con el CUI 2162888, y contempla una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de S\/47 millones. Su ejecuci\u00f3n est\u00e1 prevista en el sector de Saywapampa, sobre un terreno de m\u00e1s de 24 hect\u00e1reas cedido en uso por la comunidad Juan Velasco Alvarado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Durante la audiencia, el alcalde tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 el aporte de la comunidad Juan Velasco Alvarado, cuya cesi\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 contar con el terreno necesario para el desarrollo de esta infraestructura. La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) inform\u00f3 anteriormente que el \u00e1rea comprende 24 hect\u00e1reas y que el derecho de uso fue establecido por un periodo no menor de 20 a\u00f1os.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La futura planta contempla un sistema integral para el manejo de los residuos s\u00f3lidos, con componentes destinados al pesaje y control, valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos org\u00e1nicos mediante compostaje, recuperaci\u00f3n de materiales inorg\u00e1nicos, disposici\u00f3n final de los residuos que no puedan ser aprovechados y tratamiento de lixiviados.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El proyecto ha contado con el acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico del Ministerio del Ambiente (MIMAN). Como parte de este proceso, durante 2025 se desarrollaron estudios especializados relacionados con topograf\u00eda, geotecnia, calidad de suelos, hidrolog\u00eda, accesibilidad vial y otros aspectos necesarios para completar la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del proyecto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La culminaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n del expediente t\u00e9cnico representa un paso importante dentro de un proyecto que busca cambiar la forma en que Abancay enfrenta el manejo de sus residuos s\u00f3lidos. La siguiente tarea, de acuerdo con lo se\u00f1alado por el alcalde, ser\u00e1 continuar las gestiones para obtener los recursos que permitan pasar de la etapa t\u00e9cnica a la construcci\u00f3n de la planta.<\/div>\n
