\"✅\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) contin\u00faa con los trabajos de recuperaci\u00f3n y liberaci\u00f3n de las fajas marginales de la quebrada Chinchichaca, intervenci\u00f3n que busca mejorar las condiciones de seguridad de este sector y generar progresivamente las condiciones para la futura ejecuci\u00f3n de la V\u00eda Expresa Norte.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>La intervenci\u00f3n comprende desde el sector de El Arco hasta la altura de la avenida 04 de Noviembre, en un tramo aproximado de 200 metros, y se extiende hacia la avenida Los Jantus, en inmediaciones de la Asociaci\u00f3n Villa Universitaria, alcanzando alrededor de 500 metros lineales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>En la zona se realiza la descolmataci\u00f3n de la quebrada, el retiro de material acumulado y el enrocado, adem\u00e1s de la liberaci\u00f3n de ambas fajas marginales. Con ello se busca mejorar las condiciones del cauce y reducir la vulnerabilidad frente a lluvias intensas y posibles escenarios asociados al fen\u00f3meno El Ni\u00f1o, considerando el riesgo que representa la ocupaci\u00f3n de estos espacios ante un eventual incremento del caudal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>La recuperaci\u00f3n contempla ocho metros a cada lado de la quebrada. En algunos puntos ha sido necesario retirar y demoler muros de concreto que ocupaban parte de estas \u00e1reas, permitiendo devolver a la quebrada el espacio que necesita para su adecuado funcionamiento y para la protecci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La medida tambi\u00e9n ha encontrado respaldo entre vecinos del sector, quienes reconocen la necesidad y comparten la visi\u00f3n del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a de recuperar la quebrada y ordenar estos espacios, ya que para ellos, la liberaci\u00f3n de las fajas marginales representa una oportunidad para atender necesidades que durante a\u00f1os permanecieron pendientes, entre ellas el acceso al saneamiento b\u00e1sico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>A la vez, la recuperaci\u00f3n de estos espacios abre paso a la proyecci\u00f3n de la V\u00eda Expresa Norte, una futura infraestructura que permitir\u00e1 mejorar el tr\u00e1nsito y la conexi\u00f3n entre diferentes sectores de la ciudad y su articulaci\u00f3n con el distrito de Tamburco.<\/div>\n
