\"✅\"<\/span>La espera de los agricultores de la comunidad de Juan Velasco Alvarado empieza a quedar atr\u00e1s. La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) inicia oficialmente la ejecuci\u00f3n de \u201cTasta II\u201d, un proyecto de riego tecnificado que cuenta con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 13 millones 800 mil soles y busca mejorar el acceso al agua para la actividad agr\u00edcola en cuatro anexos de esta zona rural.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La obra, denominada \u201cCreaci\u00f3n del servicio de agua para el sistema de riego por aspersi\u00f3n en los anexos de Karkatera, Facchacpata, Ccacsa y Trujipata\u201d (CUI 2570519), se ejecutar\u00e1 bajo la modalidad de administraci\u00f3n directa, con recursos y gesti\u00f3n de la comuna provincial. Su puesta en marcha responde a una demanda sostenida durante a\u00f1os por los productores, para quienes disponer de agua en mejores condiciones resulta fundamental para el desarrollo de sus cultivos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El presidente de la comunidad, Alberto Barazorda, expres\u00f3 su agradecimiento al alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez y destac\u00f3 la importancia de que el proyecto avance hacia su ejecuci\u00f3n. La iniciativa representa una expectativa largamente compartida por las familias agricultoras, que esperan contar con mejores condiciones para el aprovechamiento del recurso h\u00eddrico y el trabajo en sus parcelas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"📌\"<\/span>\u201cTasta II\u201d estuvo inicialmente previsto para ser ejecutado a trav\u00e9s del programa Sierra Azul, del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego. Sin embargo, ante las demoras y las trabas burocr\u00e1ticas que impidieron concretar su ejecuci\u00f3n por esa v\u00eda, la comuna local, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la comunidad, asumi\u00f3 la responsabilidad de impulsar el proyecto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>Ahora con el expediente t\u00e9cnico aprobado, tras a\u00f1os de gestiones, el proyecto finalmente se materializa. La obra contempla dos estructuras de captaci\u00f3n de agua, cinco reservorios y 19.82 kil\u00f3metros de l\u00ednea de conducci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de acciones de mitigaci\u00f3n ambiental y capacitaci\u00f3n para los usuarios del sistema de riego. Esta infraestructura permitir\u00e1 mejorar el abastecimiento de agua para la actividad agr\u00edcola en los cuatro anexos beneficiarios.<\/div>\n
La ejecuci\u00f3n de \u201cTasta II\u201d se suma a otras iniciativas de la actual gesti\u00f3n municipal previstas para Juan Velasco Alvarado, entre ellas el proyecto de la planta de tratamiento de residuos s\u00f3lidos para nuestra ciudad, que ya cuenta con expediente t\u00e9cnico aprobado.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Con este tipo de proyectos, la MPA contin\u00faa avanzando hacia una Abancay m\u00e1s desarrollada y equitativa, donde las necesidades de sus ciudadanos son atendidas con obras que generan un impacto real y duradero en la comunidad.<\/div>\n
