M\u00e1s de 100 estudiantes del Instituto CIMAC, instituciones de primera respuesta y poblaci\u00f3n en general participaron en el ejercicio nocturno, que puso a prueba los protocolos de coordinaci\u00f3n, evacuaci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de emergencias.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\"✅\"<\/span> Ante la necesidad de fortalecer la preparaci\u00f3n frente a un sismo de gran magnitud, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) desarroll\u00f3 el \u201cSimulacro Nacional Nocturno ante Sismos y Peligros Asociados\u201d, cuyo escenario contempl\u00f3 un sismo de magnitud 7.0 en las cercan\u00edas de la ciudad. El ejercicio se realiz\u00f3 hoy, a las 8:00 pm, en cumplimiento de las disposiciones del Sistema Nacional de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres (SINAGERD).<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> La actividad fue liderada por el primer regidor, Jos\u00e9 Miranda Espinoza, en representaci\u00f3n del alcalde provincial, en su condici\u00f3n de presidente encargado del Grupo de Trabajo de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo de Desastres y del Centro de Operaciones de Emergencia Provincial (COEP). Tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 la regidora Vilma Serrano Utani, integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad, Defensa Civil y Participaci\u00f3n Vecinal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> El punto focal del ejercicio fue el Instituto CIMAC, donde m\u00e1s de cien (100) estudiantes participaron en las acciones de organizaci\u00f3n y evacuaci\u00f3n. El escenario permiti\u00f3 poner a prueba la capacidad de respuesta de la comunidad educativa y la coordinaci\u00f3n entre las instituciones responsables de intervenir ante una emergencia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> En la jornada participaron representantes de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Bomberos Voluntarios de Abancay N\u00b0 68, la Red de Salud, la Polic\u00eda Nacional , la Subprefectura de Abancay y otras entidades que integran la Plataforma Provincial de Defensa Civil, junto con brigadas y personal de respuesta.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span> Como parte del ejercicio, se activaron los protocolos de atenci\u00f3n de emergencias y primeros auxilios. Las brigadas de rescate ejecutaron acciones simuladas de b\u00fasqueda, asistencia y evacuaci\u00f3n de personas afectadas, mientras los equipos de salud y las dem\u00e1s entidades de primera respuesta pusieron en pr\u00e1ctica sus procedimientos de intervenci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> Al concluir la actividad, las instituciones participantes evaluaron el desarrollo del simulacro para identificar fortalezas y aspectos que requieren mejoras. Los resultados permitir\u00e1n reforzar los mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n y ajustar los procedimientos de respuesta ante una eventual emergencia real.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span> La MPA contin\u00faa promoviendo la preparaci\u00f3n y la cultura de prevenci\u00f3n como componentes fundamentales de la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo de desastres, con \u00e9nfasis en la articulaci\u00f3n institucional y la protecci\u00f3n de la vida.<\/div>\n
