\"✅\"<\/span>El mejoramiento del jir\u00f3n Lima, en el centro de Abancay, contempla una intervenci\u00f3n que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la renovaci\u00f3n de pistas y veredas. Los trabajos incluyen el cambio de las antiguas redes de agua y desag\u00fce, cuyo deterioro acumulado hac\u00edan necesaria su renovaci\u00f3n. Esta problem\u00e1tica se suma al mal estado de las pistas en el tramo comprendido entre el jir\u00f3n Huancavelica y el parque Ocampo, donde el deterioro de la superficie dificultaba la circulaci\u00f3n y representaba un riesgo para conductores y peatones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Seg\u00fan estimaciones t\u00e9cnicas, las tuber\u00edas intervenidas tendr\u00edan aproximadamente 40 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad. Su deterioro y desgaste notables explicaban por si solos la necesidad de atender la infraestructura sanitaria antes de completar la renovaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Por esta raz\u00f3n, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) incorpor\u00f3 los trabajos de saneamiento a la intervenci\u00f3n de esta v\u00eda y decidi\u00f3 ejecutarlos directamente, ante las dificultades log\u00edsticas y econ\u00f3micas que, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, afronta la empresa prestadora del servicio. La medida permite a la comuna gestionar los materiales y el personal necesarios para avanzar con las labores en el menor tiempo posible.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Intervenir primero la infraestructura deteriorada permite atender problemas que no son visibles una vez pavimentada la calle. Dejar las redes antiguas bajo una superficie renovada podr\u00eda obligar a realizar nuevas excavaciones si se presentan aver\u00edas, afectando nuevamente la v\u00eda y generando trabajos adicionales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La ejecuci\u00f3n conjunta busca aprovechar la apertura de las calles para renovar las instalaciones subterr\u00e1neas y avanzar r\u00e1pidamente con la pavimentaci\u00f3n una vez concluidos los trabajos correspondientes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La MPA ejecuta la obra por tramos y mantendr\u00e1 informados a vecinos y comerciantes sobre los avances, la programaci\u00f3n de las intervenciones y las medidas previstas para facilitar el acceso a los establecimientos comerciales. La ciudadan\u00eda puede consultar los canales oficiales de la municipalidad para conocer las actualizaciones sobre el desarrollo de los trabajos.<\/div>\n
