\"✅\"<\/span>El alcalde provincial de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con representantes de la sociedad civil organizada, el sector construcci\u00f3n civil y el equipo t\u00e9cnico municipal para evaluar los avances y las acciones necesarias para desarrollar el proyecto integral de drenaje pluvial que comprende los distritos de Abancay y Tamburco.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La iniciativa busca mejorar el drenaje pluvial en Abancay y Tamburco mediante la recuperaci\u00f3n de las fajas marginales y la articulaci\u00f3n de las redes existentes con nuevas infraestructuras, a fin de reducir los aniegos y desbordes que afectan a la ciudad durante la temporada de lluvias.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El proyecto, denominado \u201cMejoramiento y Ampliaci\u00f3n del Servicio de Drenaje Pluvial en los distritos de Abancay y Tamburco\u201d, se encuentra registrado en el Banco de Inversiones del Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas (MEF), con c\u00f3digo de idea N.\u00b0 563251. Para la elaboraci\u00f3n de los estudios se ha asignado un monto de S\/. 253 769,00, destinado al desarrollo de la evaluaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica que permitir\u00e1 determinar las caracter\u00edsticas y dimensiones de la infraestructura requerida.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Actualmente, la iniciativa se encuentra en etapa de formulaci\u00f3n del perfil, que contempla estudios t\u00e9cnicos, modelamiento en 3D y c\u00e1lculo de metrados. Estos trabajos permitir\u00e1n establecer las necesidades de intervenci\u00f3n y contar con informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica para definir el alcance de la futura obra. La inversi\u00f3n estimada superar\u00eda los S\/ 100 millones, monto que deber\u00e1 sustentarse y precisarse conforme avance la evaluaci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Por su alcance, la propuesta comprende 14 zonas de la ciudad e incluye el an\u00e1lisis de las quebradas Ullpuhuaycco, Colcaqui, Chinchichaca y \u00d1acchero. Los estudios deber\u00e1n evaluar las alternativas t\u00e9cnicas para conducir adecuadamente las aguas pluviales hacia el r\u00edo Mari\u00f1o y, posteriormente, al Pachachaca, considerando la din\u00e1mica h\u00eddrica entre Tamburco y Abancay.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La ejecuci\u00f3n de una obra de esta magnitud requerir\u00e1 definir a futuro los mecanismos de financiamiento correspondientes, de acuerdo con los resultados de los estudios y los requisitos establecidos por las entidades competentes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Finalmente, los representantes del comit\u00e9 de gesti\u00f3n reconocieron las acciones emprendidas para avanzar en la atenci\u00f3n de esta problem\u00e1tica y resaltaron la importancia de mantener la coordinaci\u00f3n entre la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay y la sociedad civil organizada.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Como parte de los acuerdos, se prev\u00e9 desarrollar jornadas de socializaci\u00f3n con la ciudadan\u00eda para informar sobre los alcances del proyecto, recoger las inquietudes de los vecinos e identificar oportunamente posibles dificultades.<\/div>\n
