\"✅\"<\/span>Despu\u00e9s de 39 a\u00f1os de espera, las familias de la Urbanizaci\u00f3n San Luis comienzan a ver hecho realidad uno de sus principales anhelos: contar con calles pavimentadas, veredas y mejores condiciones de transitabilidad. En una ceremonia que reuni\u00f3 a autoridades, dirigentes y vecinos, el alcalde provincial de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, coloc\u00f3 la primera piedra y dio inicio oficial a la ejecuci\u00f3n de esta importante obra vial.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>La actividad cont\u00f3 con la presencia del primer regidor, Jos\u00e9 Miranda Espinoza; los regidores Marcelino Montes Aguilar y Carlos Vera Hurtado; el gerente municipal, Renzo Bustinza C\u00e1rdenas; el alcalde del centro poblado Las Am\u00e9ricas, John Joija Yauricasay; el presidente del barrio San Luis, ingeniero Jorge Villafuerte Moreno; funcionarios municipales y representantes de los siete barrios que forman parte del \u00e1mbito de intervenci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El proyecto denominado \u201cMejoramiento del Servicio de Transitabilidad Vehicular y Peatonal en la Urb. San Luis de la ciudad de Abancay\u201d \u2013 CUI N.\u00ba 2561047 contempla una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 14 millones de soles y un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 12 meses, bajo la modalidad de administraci\u00f3n directa.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\"✅\"<\/span>La intervenci\u00f3n comprende 04 kil\u00f3metros de v\u00edas e incluye la construcci\u00f3n de pavimento de concreto, veredas, cunetas para la evacuaci\u00f3n de aguas pluviales, muros de contenci\u00f3n, \u00e1reas verdes, pasajes peatonales y mobiliario urbano. Estas obras permitir\u00e1n atender las necesidades de los siete barrios de la urbanizaci\u00f3n, facilitando el tr\u00e1nsito vehicular y peatonal y mejorando las condiciones de acceso a las viviendas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Durante la ceremonia, el presidente del barrio San Luis, Ing. Jorge Villafuerte Moreno, expres\u00f3 el agradecimiento al alcalde, a los funcionarios, a los dirigentes y vecinos por el inicio de una obra que durante d\u00e9cadas permaneci\u00f3 pendiente. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que su ejecuci\u00f3n representa un cambio importante para las familias, que durante a\u00f1os afrontaron dificultades para movilizarse, especialmente en temporadas de lluvia.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Por su parte, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez record\u00f3 las gestiones y dificultades t\u00e9cnicas que fue necesario superar para hacer viable el proyecto, debido a la condici\u00f3n vial de algunos tramos vinculados al sistema nacional de carreteras. Asimismo, explic\u00f3 que fue necesario adecuar el proyecto y garantizar los recursos para iniciar su ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>En otro momento, el burgomaestre sostuvo que las obras y los proyectos de desarrollo deben continuar, pues la responsabilidad de las autoridades es trabajar durante todo el periodo de gesti\u00f3n. En ese sentido, remarc\u00f3 que su compromiso con Abancay es seguir impulsando acciones que permitan atender las necesidades de la poblaci\u00f3n hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda de su administraci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"📌\"<\/span>\/\/ \u201cNo quer\u00eda irme sin cumplir mis promesas. Nuestro compromiso est\u00e1 por encima de todo y nuestra palabra debe valer\u201d \/\/, manifest\u00f3 el burgomaestre, al referirse a la decisi\u00f3n de iniciar la obra antes de culminar su gesti\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>El alcalde tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que los trabajos permitir\u00e1n generar oportunidades laborales para los vecinos del sector y contribuir\u00e1n a mejorar las condiciones de vida de m\u00e1s de 5000 habitantes. Record\u00f3 que conoce las dificultades de vivir en zonas que durante a\u00f1os tuvieron calles de tierra, polvo y barro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"✅\"<\/span>Con la colocaci\u00f3n de la primera piedra, la MPA pone en marcha una intervenci\u00f3n largamente esperada por los vecinos de San Luis. Una obra que permitir\u00e1 avanzar hacia una urbanizaci\u00f3n con mejores v\u00edas, mayor accesibilidad y espacios p\u00fablicos adecuados para sus familias.<\/div>\n
