En respuesta a la preocupante situaci\u00f3n del camal de Abancay, el alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, lider\u00f3 una visita de supervisi\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n esta ma\u00f1ana en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Subgerencia de Comercializaci\u00f3n, la Gerencia de Gesti\u00f3n Ambiental y Salubridad, la Subgerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana, el equipo t\u00e9cnico municipal y las autoridades del SENASA. Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, se constat\u00f3 que el camal carece de los recursos necesarios y de una infraestructura b\u00e1sica para el procesamiento, almacenamiento y comercializaci\u00f3n de carnes y otros productos de origen animal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Adem\u00e1s, se identific\u00f3 que el camal no cuenta con la autorizaci\u00f3n sanitaria de funcionamiento, lo que lo convierte en un establecimiento informal que incumple el Reglamento Sanitario de Faenado de Animales de Abasto del SENASA, aprobado por el D.S. N\u00b0 018-2008-AG, as\u00ed como el D.L. 1062 – Ley de Inocuidad de los Alimentos y el Reglamento de Inocuidad Agroalimentaria aprobado por el D.S. N\u00b0 004-2011-AG. Estos marcos normativos tienen como objetivo regular y establecer las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas sanitarias b\u00e1sicas para ofrecer el servicio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Por otro lado, se ha evidenciado un problema significativo con respecto al colegio La Salle, el cual ha incumplido de manera flagrante las normativas. En la construcci\u00f3n de su nueva edificaci\u00f3n, no se ha tenido en cuenta la cercan\u00eda al camal, lo cual plantea preocupaciones significativas debido a la exposici\u00f3n a olores y contaminantes asociados al faenado de animales, lo que pone en riesgo la salud de los estudiantes y el personal educativo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A pesar de estos desaf\u00edos, es evidente la preocupaci\u00f3n de nuestras autoridades respecto al camal municipal y a las condiciones en las que se encuentra. Se est\u00e1n realizando gestiones para lograr, a trav\u00e9s de un convenio con el Gobierno Regional de Apur\u00edmac, la total recuperaci\u00f3n operativa del camal y se est\u00e1n explorando posibilidades de financiamiento, incluso hasta por 18 millones de soles, para la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo camal, para lo cual se requiere tanto de un terreno adecuado como de los recursos necesarios.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) reafirma su compromiso de velar por el bienestar de sus ciudadanos, y seguir\u00e1 trabajando en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con las autoridades competentes y las entidades pertinentes para abordar y resolver estas problem\u00e1ticas de manera oportuna y efectiva.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
