La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) reafirma su compromiso con la seguridad y bienestar de la comunidad, demostrando una vez m\u00e1s su liderazgo en la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos de desastres. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, se activ\u00f3 exitosamente la \u201cPLATAFORMA DE SIMULACI\u00d3N DE EMERGENCIAS PARA ENFRENTAR DESAF\u00cdOS ANTE LLUVIAS INTENSAS – HUAYCOS E INUNDACIONES\u201d, marcando un paso significativo hacia una respuesta r\u00e1pida y efectiva en situaciones cr\u00edticas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La prevenci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n son pilares fundamentales en la labor de las autoridades, y la MPA est\u00e1 a la vanguardia en esta misi\u00f3n. Bajo la direcci\u00f3n del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, la Subgerencia de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgos de Desastres (SGRD) – Defensa Civil, el Centro de Operaciones de Emergencia Provincial (COEP) y el Grupo de Trabajo de Gesti\u00f3n de Riesgo de Desastres se han unido en un esfuerzo colaborativo para ejecutar con \u00e9xito el \u00abSimulacro Nacional de Lluvias Intensas, Huaycos e Inundaci\u00f3n\u00bb. El deslizamiento de la quebrada de Sahuanay – Ullpuhuaycco fue el escenario focal de este ejercicio, donde se puso a prueba la capacidad de respuesta y coordinaci\u00f3n de las entidades involucradas. La activaci\u00f3n de la Plataforma de Simulaci\u00f3n de Emergencias permiti\u00f3 un enfoque estrat\u00e9gico en la toma de decisiones y la implementaci\u00f3n de medidas preventivas y de socorro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La tarde del 15 de agosto, a las 3:00 pm, ante la declaratoria de emergencia por un huaico en las quebradas Sahuanay – Ullpuhuaycco, las entidades pertinentes activaron todos sus protocolos de respuesta. Nuestras autoridades se movilizaron de inmediato para realizar una evaluaci\u00f3n exhaustiva de la situaci\u00f3n, y el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, en su calidad de l\u00edder del grupo de trabajo y presidente de la plataforma de defensa civil, convoc\u00f3 a todos los miembros a una acci\u00f3n concertada basada en el Plan de Contingencias.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La respuesta integral involucr\u00f3 a las entidades de primera respuesta, como los bomberos, SAMU, Serenazgo, y la Polic\u00eda Nacional del Per\u00fa (PNP), quienes acudieron con celeridad para asistir a los afectados, evacu\u00e1ndolos hacia el parque de la Capilla del Se\u00f1or de la Ca\u00edda y otras zonas seguras, proporcionando atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a quienes lo necesitaron. Por lo que este simulacro, ha sido un recordatorio contundente de que la preparaci\u00f3n y la respuesta coordinada son esenciales en la gesti\u00f3n de situaciones de emergencia. La colaboraci\u00f3n activa de las autoridades y las entidades de respuesta de emergencia subraya la necesidad constante de seguir fortaleciendo nuestros esfuerzos en la prevenci\u00f3n y mitigaci\u00f3n de desastres naturales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La MPA, reafirma su compromiso de continuar mejorando sus capacidades y recursos, y la reci\u00e9n activada Plataforma de Simulaci\u00f3n de Emergencias es un testimonio tangible de esta dedicaci\u00f3n constante a la seguridad y bienestar de nuestros ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
