\"\u2705\"<\/span>En una conferencia de prensa llevada a cabo esta ma\u00f1ana en la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), la sociedad civil organizada, junto con representantes de asociaciones de comerciantes, construcci\u00f3n civil, sindicatos de trabajadores, comit\u00e9s y diversos gremios, se unieron en un firme rechazo a la Ley N.\u00ba 31876. Esta ley, que recientemente fue promulgada por el Congreso, regula el proceso de ejecuci\u00f3n de obras por administraci\u00f3n directa y establece restricciones que limitan la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras p\u00fablicas hasta un l\u00edmite de 50 UIT.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La sociedad civil organizada y dem\u00e1s representantes en su conjunto, han decidido levantarse en contra de esta norma, considerando que plantea un dilema que afecta los intereses de los trabajadores y la sociedad en general. \u201cExiste una profunda preocupaci\u00f3n de que las restricciones impuestas puedan obstaculizar la realizaci\u00f3n de obras esenciales, al mismo tiempo, que amenaza la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica nuestra regi\u00f3n y el derecho al empleo de los trabajadores\u201d manifestaron. Se teme que esta ley pueda desencadenar problemas sociales a nivel nacional.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En la conferencia de prensa, se anunci\u00f3 que la movilizaci\u00f3n se llevar\u00e1 a cabo este jueves 5 de octubre a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana en la Iglesia de Guadalupe. Desde ese punto, se iniciar\u00e1 una marcha de protesta con el objetivo de solicitar al ejecutivo la derogaci\u00f3n de la Ley N. \u00ba 31876 que los cr\u00edticos argumentan que carece de fundamentos t\u00e9cnicos y legales s\u00f3lidos, ya que no se ajusta coherentemente a la normativa de contrataciones p\u00fablicas y muestra un profundo desconocimiento de la realidad de las regiones, provincias y distritos del interior del pa\u00eds.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La sociedad civil organizada, asociaciones, sindicatos y gremios de Abancay, se encuentran unidos en su determinaci\u00f3n de defender los intereses de los trabajadores y el bienestar general. Esta conferencia de prensa marca el inicio de una movilizaci\u00f3n en\u00e9rgica que busca revertir una ley que pone en peligro el progreso y la prosperidad de la regi\u00f3n y del pa\u00eds en su conjunto.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
