La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Subgerencia de Comercializaci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n Empresarial, Subgerencia de Transporte P\u00fablico, Subgerencia de Salubridad, Defensa Civil y Subgerencia de Seguridad Ciudadana, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Nacional de Per\u00fa (PNP), contin\u00faa ejecutando operativos inopinados en virtud a la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 07-2019-CM-MPA, con el objetivo de abordar la problem\u00e1tica de los paraderos informales que prestan servicios de transporte hacia la ciudad del Cusco sin contar con la debida autorizaci\u00f3n y licencia de funcionamiento.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el operativo se centr\u00f3 en un comit\u00e9 de taxi colectivo dedicado al transporte p\u00fablico, ubicado en las inmediaciones de la Iglesia de Guadalupe, en el centro poblado Las Am\u00e9ricas. Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, se revel\u00f3 que este comit\u00e9 no contaba con los requisitos necesarios para operar de manera legal y segura.<\/div>\n
Adem\u00e1s fue oportuna la intervenci\u00f3n y posterior clausura de locales de otros rubros, sin licencia de funcionamiento, donde sorprendentemente, las autoridades descubrieron un local que contaba con permiso para operar como laboratorio qu\u00edmico, pero en realidad funcionaba como una licorer\u00eda sin ninguna autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La MPA y la PNP, reafirman su compromiso de velar por la integridad de los ciudadanos y la legalidad de las operaciones comerciales en la provincia. Estos operativos continuos buscan garantizar la seguridad de los usuarios de transporte p\u00fablico y la comunidad en general, as\u00ed como fomentar el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
