La ceremonia cont\u00f3 con la ilustre presencia del Dr. Eduardo Melchor Arana Ysa, Ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos (MINJUSDH), y del Dr. Walter Eleodoro Mart\u00ednez Laura, Director General de la Defensa P\u00fablica del MINJUSDH, as\u00ed como otras autoridades nacionales y regionales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El Centro Mega Alegra (CMA) se erige como una trascendental iniciativa para fortalecer el acceso equitativo al sistema de justicia en nuestro pa\u00eds. Su enfoque intercultural, localizado estrat\u00e9gicamente en Abancay, se convierte en un pilar fundamental en el respaldo a los esfuerzos del Per\u00fa por garantizar una justicia inclusiva.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En este contexto, el Alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a aprovech\u00f3 la ocasi\u00f3n para abordar la necesidad imperante de la construcci\u00f3n del Nuevo Centro Penitenciario de Abancay. En sus palabras: \u00abActualmente, la situaci\u00f3n en el centro penitenciario existente impide a los internos realizar actividades de manera adecuada. Urge iniciar el proyecto de construcci\u00f3n del nuevo centro penitenciario para superar esta problem\u00e1tica\u00bb, expres\u00f3 el alcalde.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Al t\u00e9rmino de su discurso el burgomaestre, tuvo el honor de reconocer a los ilustres visitantes, otorg\u00e1ndoles el t\u00edtulo de Hu\u00e9spedes Ilustres y Visitantes Distinguidos de la Ciudad. Adem\u00e1s, en un gesto de alta distinci\u00f3n, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la entrega de la Medalla de la Ciudad, s\u00edmbolo de aprecio y gratitud, al Ministro de Justicia y al Director General de la Defensa P\u00fablica del MINJUSDH.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El objetivo principal de este nuevo organismo internacional, respaldado por el acuerdo entre el Estado y el Banco Mundial, es contribuir al fortalecimiento de los servicios ofrecidos por la Defensa P\u00fablica del Estado peruano. Este centro, ubicado en Jr. Cusco N.\u00b0 213, brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n gratuita en espa\u00f1ol y quechua, asegurando el acceso a la justicia para aquellos que requieran asistencia legal y carezcan de recursos econ\u00f3micos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) celebra este hito como un paso fundamental hacia la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s justa e inclusiva, reafirmando su compromiso con el acceso equitativo a la justicia para todos los ciudadanos.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
