Ayer, s\u00e1bado 16 de diciembre, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) fue parte esencial del exitoso Festival \u00abApu Tallar\u00edn\u00bb, un evento que marc\u00f3 un hito en la gastronom\u00eda regional y nacional. Este magno acontecimiento, que tuvo lugar en la plaza de armas del distrito Tamburco, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de reconocidos chefs a nivel nacional y local, quienes se unieron para rendir homenaje al emblem\u00e1tico plato bandera: El tallar\u00edn artesanal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La actual gesti\u00f3n municipal, liderada por el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, consciente de la importancia de promover la riqueza culinaria de la regi\u00f3n, desempe\u00f1\u00f3, al igual que otras instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, un papel crucial en la organizaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de este magno evento que se convirti\u00f3 en una ventana abierta para mostrar al Per\u00fa y al mundo la excelencia de la gastronom\u00eda apurime\u00f1a. En este contexto, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, realiz\u00f3 la entrega de reconocimientos a todos aquellos que hicieron posible este evento, as\u00ed como a los chefs participantes, a quienes declar\u00f3 hu\u00e9spedes ilustres de la provincia de Abancay, Respaldando de esta manera, la visi\u00f3n del chef internacional, Jenzor Madera Dorado, organizador del evento, quien destac\u00f3 el objetivo de posicionar a Apur\u00edmac en la Ruta Gastron\u00f3mica del Per\u00fa.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El plato de Tallarines Abanquinos m\u00e1s grande, estuvo elaborado con m\u00e1s de 150 kilos de tallar\u00edn artesanal, fue preparado por chefs reconocidos a nivel nacional y local. Este tallar\u00edn, \u00fanico en el pa\u00eds, posee un potencial extraordinario para ser reconocido por la UNESCO, lo que agrega un valor cultural significativo a la propuesta gastron\u00f3mica de la regi\u00f3n. Este evento de talla nacional, recibi\u00f3 la distinguida visita de renombrados chefs, entre ellos Javier Vargas, impulsor de la declaraci\u00f3n del ceviche como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, Pedro Villalba Garc\u00eda \u2013 Don Pedrito, Esther Castrill\u00f3n de Cotito, Marco Medrano, y otros destacados embajadores de la gastronom\u00eda y de la marca Per\u00fa.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

El Festival \u00abApu Tallar\u00edn\u00bb logr\u00f3 congregar a 5 mil asistentes, quienes tuvieron el privilegio de disfrutar gratuitamente del plato t\u00edpico regional m\u00e1s grande del Per\u00fa, compuesto por tallar\u00edn de casa abanquino, estofado de gallina y ccacchi de moraya. La actividad, que inici\u00f3 a las 11:00 a.m., cont\u00f3 con la presencia de reconocidos personajes de la cocina peruana y medios de comunicaci\u00f3n que pusieron en vitrina este manjar a base de pasta artesanal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La MPA, agradece a todos los participantes, colaboradores y asistentes por hacer posible este memorable evento que contribuye al fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural y gastron\u00f3mica de Apur\u00edmac. La ciudad sigue abrazando su rol como promotora de la excelencia culinaria y espera ansiosamente futuras oportunidades para seguir enalteciendo el patrimonio gastron\u00f3mico de la regi\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
