Este destacado evento cont\u00f3 con la distinguida presencia de la presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica del Per\u00fa, Dina Ercilla Boluarte Zegarra, acompa\u00f1ada de la ministra de Cultura, ministros de Desarrollo e Inclusi\u00f3n Social, Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Justicia y Vivienda, as\u00ed como nuestro querido alcalde provincial de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En un gesto que refleja orgullo por nuestras ra\u00edces, el alcalde Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez entreg\u00f3 a la presidenta el caracter\u00edstico traje t\u00edpico de nuestra provincia: chamarra, pollera y sombrero. La mandataria, con gracia y honor, se dign\u00f3 a vestir el atuendo, resaltando la importancia de preservar y promover la identidad cultural de nuestro pueblo.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El alcalde provincial de Abancay, Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a S\u00e1nchez, dio un destacado discurso de apertura, enfatizando que m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las obras de infraestructura, es esencial preservar la riqueza cultural y fomentar la identidad local. \u00abNo solo construimos obras de infraestructura, sino que tambi\u00e9n cimentamos nuestra identidad, nuestra esencia como pueblo. La difusi\u00f3n de nuestra cultura al mundo es fundamental para nuestra existencia como comunidad\u00bb expres\u00f3 el alcalde, enfatizando la necesidad de difundir nuestra cultura al mundo entero.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>A continuaci\u00f3n, las palabras centrales de la presidenta Dina Boluarte resonaron con un llamado a mantener viva la cultura de los carnavales, destacando que es un patrimonio que debe cultivarse d\u00eda a d\u00eda para perdurar en el tiempo. \u00abEs un orgullo y felicidad ser parte en el lanzamiento del Carnaval de Abancay. Desde esta tribuna de Palacio, invitamos a todos los hermanos del Per\u00fa y del mundo a visitar Abancay y disfrutar del Carnaval m\u00e1s alegre del pa\u00eds\u2026 \u00a1Viva el carnaval abanquino!\u00bb, expres\u00f3 la mandataria, felicitando al alcalde por su arduo trabajo en la promoci\u00f3n del Carnaval de Abancay 2024.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La festividad arranc\u00f3 con la representativa danza, expresi\u00f3n de agradecimiento a la Pachamama a trav\u00e9s de la Tinka. Esta danza, que evoca importantes actos de intercambio, integraci\u00f3n y armon\u00eda, tambi\u00e9n es un reflejo natural de alegr\u00eda, m\u00fasica, canto, picard\u00eda y la formaci\u00f3n de lazos espirituales y alianzas para establecer parejas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
