\"\u2705\"<\/span>En un esfuerzo continuo por salvaguardar la seguridad y el bienestar de sus ciudadanos, la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) llev\u00f3 a cabo un operativo inopinado el pasado martes en diversos establecimientos de la ciudad dedicados a la venta de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En concordancia con la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0017-2017-CM-MPA, que regula el horario de venta, expendio y consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, el operativo fue realizado por los fiscalizadores del municipio en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con la Subgerencia de Comercializaci\u00f3n, Seguridad Ciudadana, Salubridad y Salud, as\u00ed como con Defensa civil. El objetivo, verificar el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes, incluyendo la posesi\u00f3n de licencias y autorizaciones correspondientes para el expendio de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, as\u00ed como garantizar la calidad de los productos ofrecidos al p\u00fablico para su consumo seguro.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, llevada a cabo en las avenidas Canad\u00e1, Chile y Venezuela del Centro poblado Las Am\u00e9ricas, se detectaron diversas irregularidades. Entre estas, se encontr\u00f3 que varios locales operaban sin la debida licencia de funcionamiento, y otros presentaban deficiencias significativas en materia de seguridad y salubridad. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la MPA adopt\u00f3 medidas contundentes, interviniendo un total de ocho (15) locales y procediendo a la clausura de cuatro (04) establecimientos que representaban un riesgo inminente para la salud y seguridad de los consumidores.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La MPA, bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, reitera su compromiso con la salud y seguridad de la comunidad, y continuar\u00e1 llevando a cabo estos operativos inopinados en los establecimientos que venden bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en la ciudad. Del mismo modo se hace un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda a ser responsables y no ingresar a estos locales y a respetar la ley, para evitar situaciones que pongan en riesgo la salud y seguridad de la comunidad.<\/div>\n
