\"\u2705\"<\/span>Hoy a primeras horas de la ma\u00f1ana, el alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a acompa\u00f1ado por funcionarios de la Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) convoc\u00f3 a una reuni\u00f3n extraordinaria con los representantes de la Comunidad de Juan Velasco Alvarado – Karkatera. El objetivo fue finiquitar acuerdos relacionados con la cesi\u00f3n en uso del terreno, destinado a la construcci\u00f3n de la futura Planta de Tratamiento de Residuos S\u00f3lidos, que ya cuenta con la licencia social ratificada hace varias semanas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>El proyecto, a desarrollarse en el sector de Saywapampa, contemplar\u00eda el uso temporal de un terreno mediante un contrato de cesi\u00f3n en uso, sin transferencia de propiedad, que al mismo tiempo, cumpla con los par\u00e1metros exigidos por el Ministerio del Ambiente (Minam). Seg\u00fan los requisitos del Minam, se requiere una extensi\u00f3n de 20 hect\u00e1reas por un periodo no menor a 20 a\u00f1os. El alcalde Pe\u00f1a enfatiz\u00f3 que, al tratarse de una cesi\u00f3n en uso y no de una transferencia de propiedad, el terreno ser\u00e1 devuelto en buenas condiciones al t\u00e9rmino del acuerdo, garantizando as\u00ed el respeto y cuidado del patrimonio de la comunidad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, se abordaron aspectos t\u00e9cnicos y topogr\u00e1ficos cruciales, resaltando la necesidad de preparar el terreno de manera adecuada para garantizar la \u00f3ptima instalaci\u00f3n de los componentes tecnol\u00f3gicos de la planta. Adem\u00e1s, se estableci\u00f3 que la comunidad recibir\u00eda un alquiler equivalente a 2 Unidades Impositivas Tributarias (UIT) durante el per\u00edodo de cesi\u00f3n en uso, con la posibilidad de una extensi\u00f3n de hasta 30 a\u00f1os. Adicionalmente, la MPA a trav\u00e9s del liderazgo del alcalde Ra\u00fal Pe\u00f1a, se comprometi\u00f3 a llevar a cabo diversos proyectos de desarrollo como muestra de gratitud y reconocimiento hacia la comunidad de Juan Velasco Alvarado por su compromiso y solidaridad demostrado durante momentos tan dif\u00edciles para la ciudad.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Finalmente, se concret\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de una asamblea este domingo 2 de junio en Ccasa, donde se ratificar\u00e1n dichos acuerdos alcanzados y se resolver\u00e1n posibles dudas que involucran al proyecto. Esto permitir\u00e1 avanzar definitivamente en la ejecuci\u00f3n de la tan esperada planta de residuos s\u00f3lidos en abanquina.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
