\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA) a trav\u00e9s de su Subgerencia de Desarrollo Urbano – \u00c1rea de Catastro, informa y al mismo tiempo advierte a todos los vecinos sobre las graves consecuencias de realizar construcciones sin la debida licencia construcci\u00f3n en nuestra ciudad. Hemos detectado varias edificaciones que no cuentan con los permisos correspondientes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>En cumplimiento de la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 07-019-MPA y del Cuadro de Infracciones y Sanciones vigente, se vienen colocado preavisos en las propiedades involucradas, notificando a los propietarios sobre la necesidad de presentar la licencia de edificaci\u00f3n. Es imperativo que todos los ciudadanos entiendan que la construcci\u00f3n sin licencia es una infracci\u00f3n grave, que conlleva sanciones econ\u00f3micas y posibles acciones legales.<\/div>\n
La normativa vigente, que incluye la Ley de Regulaci\u00f3n de Habilitaciones Urbanas y de Edificaciones (Ley N\u00b0 29090), su Reglamento, el TUPA municipal, la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades (Ley N\u00b0 27972) y el Decreto Legislativo N\u00b0 1486, establece claramente los requisitos y procedimientos necesarios para cualquier tipo de edificaci\u00f3n. Ignorar estas normas no solo afecta el orden y la seguridad urbana, sino que tambi\u00e9n pone en riesgo la integridad de las construcciones y la vida de los habitantes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La MPA exhorta a todos los propietarios que a\u00fan no han regularizado sus edificaciones a hacerlo de inmediato. La entrega de preavisos es solo el primer paso en una serie de medidas que se implementar\u00e1n para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas. De no acatar esta advertencia, los propietarios enfrentar\u00e1n sanciones severas, incluyendo multas y la posible demolici\u00f3n de las estructuras ilegales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
