\"\u2705\"<\/span>La Municipalidad Provincial de Abancay (MPA), a trav\u00e9s de la Subgerencia de Desarrollo Urbano y la Divisi\u00f3n de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Catastral, ha paralizado una obra de construcci\u00f3n situada en la intersecci\u00f3n del Jir\u00f3n Lima y Jir\u00f3n Cusco por no contar con la debida licencia de edificaci\u00f3n. La intervenci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo conforme a la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Municipalidades \u2013 Ley N\u00b0 27972, la Resoluci\u00f3n Ministerial 270- 2020 \u2013 Vivienda y la Ordenanza Municipal N\u00b0 07-2019-CM.MPA, art\u00edculo 4\u00b0, que establece los principios de r\u00e9gimen de aplicaci\u00f3n de sanciones.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>La obra hab\u00eda recibido una licencia de edificaci\u00f3n N\u00b0 48-2020-GATDU-MPA para construir un s\u00f3tano y dos pisos. Sin embargo, el propietario ya hab\u00eda construido cinco pisos adicionales, una azotea (sexto nivel), as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n trabajos de encofrado, columnas y armado de techo, sin la correspondiente autorizaci\u00f3n municipal.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Pese a las continuas notificaciones de infracci\u00f3n y sanciones, como la paralizaci\u00f3n o la posible demolici\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n, este contin\u00faa realizando obras de construcci\u00f3n, haciendo caso omiso y desobedeciendo a la autoridad, lo que constituye una clara infracci\u00f3n a la normativa vigente y una aceptaci\u00f3n t\u00e1cita de la infracci\u00f3n cometida.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u2705\"<\/span>Hasta la fecha, la MPA ha intensificado las acciones de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y regularizaci\u00f3n de todas las construcciones que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo sin licencia o en contravenci\u00f3n de las normativas municipales. Se exhorta a los propietarios y constructores a obtener las licencias correspondientes antes de iniciar cualquier obra y a respetar los l\u00edmites establecidos por las ordenanzas locales.<\/div>\n
